It's just sort of baffling. I think they don't know. It reminds me of some kids at my high school that did a "senior prank" but literally nobody noticed, except in this case they're just filling up toilets with shit and flushing them with buckets of water from the shower or something. I've considered buying a TTS to explain this to someone.. but who? Lol.

When I was in college, I did a similar toilet prank that's easy to fix but harder to find.

On the wall near every toilet, there's a silver knob with a hose leading to the toilet. It controls the water pressure going into the back of the tank, and if you turn it aaaallll the way up, the toilet will let out a horrifying screech and shudder when you flush. A lot of sinks have this same knob too, and it works the same way.

I then convinced my college roommates that one of them was pooping too much/laying logs that were too big and it broke the toilet, sowed suspicion and blame among them, and introduced them to the poop knife. I confessed and called off the prank just before the landlord was ready to call a plumber because he didn't know either.
 
People shocked Drake didnt know "Vatican City" because he's Christian really don't understand how little the average American Protestant knows about Catholicism.
 
The twins and Bashir are my favorite contestants, but it would be a terrible duo for a final showdown. Reminds me of Vance v Josie v Letty, it always had to be Josie v Letty. I have a feeling production is going to push for JD v Bash with some trickery
