With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Tfw I know everything he's talking about. He left out something important about Phonecians and why we call it PHONICS.

Phonecians only had consonants and your tongue would naturally make the vowels needed. Like putting HT together as a sound you naturally say "HUT". This began consonant vowel blends which is how we teach Phonics together.

The vowels were not added until the Greeks adopted the Alphabet.

Almost every "bit" in Fishtank either falls apart or is made up on the fly, apart from Famous House but that failed in it's own way with RV Tank. The Cult stuff in Season 3 did work and was demented but ultimately went nowhere.

Ben has also learned to specifically tell Landon NOT to immediately and obviously beeline toward his mission after seeing the Bongo relapse and "chill guy" missions. This paid off, since Landon asked Ben to clarify whether or not he should immediately walk up to Burt and try to jumpscare him.

you are mostly right but they definitely build a backlog of bit ideas and you can tell when they run out of it or something happens that isn't on their script
S1 and S4 were the only seasons that genuinely felt like they were just making up stuff as it went and throwing ideas at the wall and seeing what stuck it didn't work lol

The trouble is they have some great ideas but can't execute them well. Like the Goo Factory. All that build up and it lasted a day before the door was off the hinges and Burt was roaming around the house. Not to say that wasn't a funny outcome though.

It worked, they dropped it entirely because people kept saying it was really dark. I think Sam is excessively wary of associating himself with evil or something like that. One consistent thing with all of the wiggers seems to be total inflexibility when things don't go to a strategic plan. They're great at winging things with minimal prior planning but when a bigger plan falls apart they can't roll with it any further. Instead of adjusting the theme of season 2 they suddenly had nothing and took out their frustrations on the fans and fish, it was bizarre.

Season 1 - Entity and general side content completely dropped
Season 2 - Cult theme dropped suddenly
Season 3 - Famous House 2.0 fell flat so they trashed the entire thing and suddenly were on the road
Season 4 - Not as clear since it was ended early but there seemed to be a general theme they were alluding to that completely fell off
Season 5 - Computer Lab, Enslave, murder of Friendtank. Maybe aliens and dragons.

The main thing Jet and Ben rely on is every time things slow down they try to use someone as a TTS magnet or content generator while they sleep in until 5:00pm. Right now that's Burt, before him it was Alex B. Season 1 had Airsoftfatty and Jon. Season 2 Airsoftfatty and Frank. Season 3 Burt, maybe Jeff. Season 4 Xavier briefly but I barely remember.

Bloodgames was where they were the most dynamic to the point it shocked everyone Jet let his own RP character, Mikhail, actually die off when it was obviously not what he anticipated. And it was received well. Xavier is a master at adjusting to the situation while adhering to the overall plan, wigger guys needs to pay attention to him.
