With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Ben is playing 2 chords, and Jet is gloving it up. Burt looks like a raped Village People concert-goer.

Elimination is tonight! James Drake or Bashir has to go. Jet says it's gonna take a long time, and compares it to a marathon.
May the best man win.
It is also revealed that A.I. has determined that Burt has made exactly 1000 goo. Very cool.

Jet asks the people that aren't competing to clear the floors as much as possible, this is important for the challenge.
They go into some further detail on how they want the floors to be cleared.
So very little info on the actual challenge itself, but some tension gets to build in anticipation of what will happen later on.


The final showdown between James Drake and Bashir. Some say it's what the fans wanted all along. Others say redditors are gay.
I think atleast most will agree that the James vs. Bashir arc is some of the best stuff this show stream has produced, and I hope whatever production has planned will do this rivalry justice.
 
I'm not sure which one it is...

Bam seemed really annoyed when Bongo came downstairs and told the group "the show is extended three more days!" His instant response was "I think they're messing with you, they can't do that..." and then he sat for a bit before going back downstairs.

If it's not that, then it simply might be that they realized they really have nothing for the Twins vs James or Bashir after the current elimination. Bingo just sleeps and Bongo can't best either one of them in a competition that isn't obviously skewed for them.

I doubt we see Frank, I think that door is long closed and frankly I didn't care to see him with this cast anyway but I do hope Sam can still somehow show up for a cameo in the finale.
 
I am glad they are ending it tomorrow. But they stretched out a decision and a process that should have all been done yesterday wasting their 3rd to last day. They just aren't even pretending to care at this point.

But keep your subscription pwetty pwease
 
Jet just asked Drake and Bashir what their pants sizes are. James Drake is 32-32 and Bashir is 34 something. Something related to clothing for the elimination I think.
 
If its a physical semifinal, endurance or otherwise, the obvious edge here is still to Drake. Personally I believe, since Jet said it was more a marathon, that it will be full of arbitrary challenges and will come down to the final end given to whoever they want to go to the finals against the Twins.

THAT SAID: If Drake loses, unless something changed from a few weeks ago with Bashir's unelimination, he might legit crashout.

Jet during the director cam segment last night said content is going to essentially start right after tomorrows credit roll and it wont be the van until later. So maybe the Famous House 3 thing ISNT a gaslight.

Same. I started a new job 30 days ago and it's become a part of my daily routine at the same time as I've adjusted to this new job. Is it pathetic to admit this show has become a part of my daily life? Yep!

I have basically had it on every day I've been home. Wake up, put it on, leave it on while I do anything else, sleep. If I work, I'll watch segments on my phone. I left for PAX East and still checked in on my phone.

I'm not looking forward to going back to not watching this shit. But it was also my first season of fishtank so since I've been introduced to the past characters I'm very interested in going back and watching the other seasons.
