There's only been a few brief moments that made me really go wtf

In s2 when airsoft fatty was riding people as santa in bed and he was looming over trish's head (off the bed) and i thought he might decapitate her
And then when did end up riding on her legs, the audible snap from the wooden bed frame breaking (I thought it was her bones)
TJ/Shinji/and that other girl getting pulled off the bed in a sled before getting dragged around for swamp olympics- I thought TJ broke his tail bone

But I think this is worse

The only thing that comes close for me is Fatty holding his diarrhea to the cam in S1 and that was for different reasons.
