With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

  • 2 Stars — Pretty bad. Some funny moments, dragged, too many vibe repair days. Barely worth checking.

  • 3 Stars — Average. Solid entertainment in spots, some good chaos and crashouts, but nothing special

    Votes: 169 22.1%

THAT HEAT IS COMING FOR YOU IN 4 DAYS, TWINS

I don't really care who wins, I like them all. But I do know that the funniest options for the ending are

1) Landon wins and reveals he's actually a normie who has been playing an Officer Doofy style character all season
2) James Drake wins after absolutely demolishing the Twins in the final challenge with zero remorse

I got my wish :)

The most wholesome season having the most evil ending using the goo that everyone bonded about is a very fucked up but nevertheless kino ending

Bashir spent most of the season preaching about creating a nicer fishtank and wanting everyone to go home happy so I think people will look back at this ending thinking it was a horrible but somehow fitting ending to it all

Do we just...hang out or slapfight and debate old seasons until the next one?
Yes, and also we mock whatever half-baked postseason content comes forth. Now is the time to catch up on sleep, reminisce, complain, and prepare for the next season. There will be plenty of wigger adventures and gossip to go around, especially if Jet's plans about constant postseason content come to fruition.
Does everyone feel this emotional after the end of a season? Is this normal ?
It's very normal, especially after your first season. Double when your fave doesn't win.

We can take solace in knowing the real winner is Alex B, who got that AI monkey painting after all.

Now that the season has concluded I want to re-affirm the belief that Landon was a perfect case study of the rise and fall of an ego. What started as a nerdy somewhat shy and weird fish turned into the tiger on the mountaintop, only to fall into the abyss and leave the show as defeated. Very fun to watch!

Vimp is another good example I think of co-dependent personality types latching to those around them for their personality, since they have no inherent personality matrix.

Overall very satisfied even with the nuclear tier bad ending. Thank you for reading my autistic posts.

Well, that was fun (apart from whatever the fuck that ending was). See you faggots next season, basically been coming here to talk to you lot for a month now, gonna be weird not doing that tomorrow.

CYA LATER NIGGERS

Discuss Cole, Jimmy mallet, Sam vs Bam, whether Burt was paid or not in S3, how S4 could have been saved, which season was best, whether this ending was goranian or neptunian, etc.
No prerequisite knowledge necessary, dive in.

If you sketched this out on paper, I’m okay with it. James Drake becomes a monster. He debases himself totally and utterly by destroying the two people the house and the fans love most. B+B get some money to keep from eviction and we get a kino dark ending.

That was not the emotional experience of watching it at all. I felt nothing close to enjoyment or amusement or engagement watching the two autists I’ve followed for thirty days get choked out and scream crying. It all could’ve been redeemed if they’d shamed James even a LITTLE, give him the 50k but press him on getting it by physically dominating two small women. “Oh buddy hope you’re happy! Good to have you on Fishtank!” But instead they just congratulated the ripped normie on stomping the autist show.

Uhh...
Season 1: I didn't care because I checked out weeks before the end after assuming Josie would just be given the W
Season 2: I was mad because TJ didn't deserve it, and Tay got robbed.
Bloodgames: I was happy at the end.
Season 3: Ending pretty much saved the Vegas arc, which I largely checked out of, probably will be the best ending the show ever has
Season 4: Kinda relieved? I was very harsh on the season having no legs, and they fucked it up in an obvious way, but everyone got something.
Season 5: Total vibe killer, hands down the worst a season has ever ended. Jet needs to eat shit for that for the next two season before he can recover.

It ended for me yesterday. The temporary things in life are the most beautiful. They are beautiful because they are impermanent. It is like a flower blooming or like the change of seasons. I have not experienced a beauty like this in far too long. Far too long. I needed it. I feel I am better for it in many ways.

I think I can sleep now.

its very normal. you will feel depressed the next couple of days as well. Weird, think it's because you are watching these people for a whole month, you really think you get to know them. Also coming here and talking to people on the thread of the chat, there is a routine in it as well, so it's gonna feel odd breaking that routine

awful ending between james and the twins. i had no real preference for either side winning but the wrestling finale was very cruel.
i hope the twins are pouring goo down the pipes as revenge
