"Don't be too rough James!"

This season was very good imho. I don't regret spending so much time with it. The ending and some other production incompetence here and there is the only thing that leaves a bad taste. But we are talking about Fishtank, so this isn't news.
The ending could have been saved even with a rigged James win if production weren't so lazy and would have adapted the challenges better for the Twins vs. James case. Production L.

I'm glad the twins got some money out of it at least. I hope it helps with keeping their most weird "fans" (pedos) away. Might be too optimistic...

I was rooting for Twins / Bashir.

This is actually extremely true. I had it director cam 95% of the time and the Twins would just be completely absent and I only knew what was going on with them because I'd refresh on here and see that they were in their own little world doing wholesome chungus shit. Not saying its their fault or whatever, just an interesting observation. The twins were basically just zany side characters who popped in sometimes but mostly slept on the couch while things were actually happening to me.
I spent most of the season following them around and this is 100% true. At some points I had to follow the thread while I was watching what the twins were doing because they were completely detached from the house's events. I think the tether was the biggest reason; Bashir and Landon were usually more entertaining when interacting with people, but they spent so much time alone. Twins were able to go off into a seperate show because they always had each other to bounce off of. I tried stalking Landon early on but he'd just silently sit in various chairs most of the time. Honestly I'd love to see more of the twins, but despite what they want I think they'd be awful freeloaders, Landon and Bashir would be leagues better.
EDIT: All three (four) would be amazing on bloodgames, I'm hoping for that more than any S6 reappearance

Haven't been here in a while. Just came back to say it was a good season. The basement cut ins were great. Didn't feel so left in the dark this season. Ending was brutal. Drake had to take an L to get the W. All in all 8/10.

and you think you're edgy just for saying nigger but get offended by the dark comedy ending with the chad choking out the two inbred mongoloid girls.
So many have clapped like seals when "BASED" Emma asked Antara if she shits in the streets. Abusing an innocent indian woman paid in cents? Hehehe. Defeating two autistic women for 50k? Waaah so cruel! They're just little girls! (26 btw).

Overall, I really enjoyed the finale and although that last challenge is something I never want to watch again, I do think it was a fitting ending for this season. Looking at our top 3:

3. Bashir lost just before the end, but he accepted his defeat with grace, never compromised on his beliefs, became friends with Bam Margera and the people's champion. There are several challenges I think he would've refused to do or half-assed in the finale anyway (understandably so). Off the top of my head: most passionate kiss, biggest change in appearance, piss yourself, shit yourself.

2. The twins genuinely locked in after Bingo's hangover from Hell and Bongo's crash out and stuck to their word by not drinking for the remainder of the competition. I thought James was going to blow them away, but it was a tight race. I truly think they overcame a lot just within that tournament and in the end their only "limitation" was not being stronger than an athletic man.

1. James won the whole thing, but it cost him his dignity. He had the most to lose and the least to gain, and after a whole season of everyone calling Bashir a woman-beater, it turned out it was James all along.*

Anyway, fuck you Ben and Jet, fuck you Letty, fuck you Sam, fuck you Mints, fuck you Binx. Viva La Bam !

*I don't actually think James is a woman-beater; he clearly took no pleasure in doing that

I rated this season 3/4. It was addictive, but did not have a solid arc like with TJ.
TJ's arc was forced, fake and gay. It ruined the end of the season and the first stream that TJ did after S2 he was immediately back to being a stuttery mumbling mush mouth sperg, it was so bad that he couldn't finish a sentence.

"Character arcs" are only ever interesting when they are emergent and genuine. Landon had much more of a real arc than TJ - with a real tragic ending.

Just want to say also that I think people getting mad at the Twins for being coddled are being a bit ridiculous. Playing up that you're weak is a legitimate strategy that is used both irl and in reality tv competition shows all the time: make your competitors underestimate you. It's not really the Twins' faults that nobody wanted to mess with them. When Laura was disturbing their sleep, Bongo did get up in her face, cussed her out and smashed the jar of salsa she had. She was down to box her, too. I think Laura would've destroyed her, but she was clearly willing to get active. Reddit in particular has directed a lot of vitriol towards them that I think is weird as fuck. They're now even saying they feel worse for James than the twins for the goo fight. I'd love to see them keep their composure after getting choked out with your sister by someone way stronger than you after a 24 hour humiliation ritual.

who is emma?
teasing a jeet on a video call isnt the same as a 'trained' dude physically beating up two retarded girls, let's be real.

By the ending of it I don't think you can say any of the final 4 were coddled. They all did a good job and ultimately ate plenty of shit without complaining too much.

Thought I'd capture all the custom songs that were made for the season, in case someone wanted them.

Do you guys not remember the first two weeks when Drake's strategy was basically the same as the twins but for the normies? His whole gig was being friendly and not pissing anyone off.
He basically had zero conflict until the stuff with Bashir came to a head with the Room Wars thing. If the twins were coddled by being inoffensive wholesome chungus retards, Drake was also coddled by being socially-savvy and inoffensive.

Nobody pushed him too far - the weakling autists like landon and twins didn't want to fuck with an intimidating chad, and the normie/longhouse coalition basically elected him as a leader and chimped out when bashir tried to fuck with their friend tank shit by launching a kamikaze attack against their trees.
