He's an actor, choking out a girl or two is normal but making jokes about jews is career suicide in his line of work

I hope you realize that it mostly wasn't funny because of the girls getting choked, it was funny because of people like you losing your shit.
 
Quick summery the owner Javier McIntosh a local filmmaker and the house. Note the house is a solid asset for them given the bought it below assessed value. My guess is they bought this as an investment hoping to rent it out for filming or events once or twice a year to cover property tax and upkeep. Eventually they will sell once the area get gentrified and the value goes back up above assessed. He mentioned the dorm is his room and that all the other rooms are for his brother and friends.
He was not shocked by the renovations (new carpets, new painted walls, and glass in the glass room). What he seems surprised is to see the state of the house post filming. Obviously he expects them to repair everything before leaving given he trusted them to renovate in the first place. I don't think this is a bit as much as him getting undersold when the wiggers probably said, "Hey looking to film a 24/7 reality show". The longer Dungay's tour has gone on the calmer he has gotten (until he found the hardwood floor scratches says the floors are fucked). He ranks the damage as an 8 (10 being tear down the house). Says he believes everything can be repaired it is just a matter of time. They are not getting the deposit back.

Extra funny bit. Bliccy used the Hitachi (would take it in the bathroom) and then Laura realizes she then put it on her face. I hope someone got a clip of the dinning room when Dungay had to admit to clogging the dinning room bathroom.
 
Jets stipulation that both twins had to tap at the same time was the stupidest/most kino thing ever, James immediately trying to intertwine their limbs into a double kimura was one of the hardest laughs I've had all season. From friendtank to that is probably the funniest juxtaposition possible and way funnier than anything Drake vs. Bashir was gonna be.

The kick stream "ending" after Burt got covered in in his own shit while holding his cheque was the cherry on top.

What is the show? It's whatever the producers feel like it is that day. Sam has historically been behind trying to end it on an uplifting, if not positive, note. I attribute this to Sam knowing the ending has outsized impact on overall reception.
Whatever artistic, culture advancing aspirations Jet had with Fishtank died at some point.

Sharks haven't really been prominent since season 1, unfortunately. I consider them dead.
