I'm someone who does audio, and it sounds like she's using some sort of up-pitching on her voice. If you listen to the reverberance, and roomnoise, it sounds slightly higher, which is how you can tell. Sounds like she naturally has a very high voice, though, and the voice changer (if there is one) is just enhancing it (no idea why she'd do that, because it makes her unbearable to listen to)

I also feel the necessity in bringing information underlying to the Boy Soprano comic up, I believe this is more important than the comic itself (shocker). Correct me if I'wrong.
1. E-Hentai now has two sites, the optical, public facing site where drawn CP is removed. There is also a "sister site" where the most degenerate rubbish is hosted. If I recall correctly from this thread, this content segregation was crucial to securing advertising. You and I may think it would have been better to just ban drawn CP and not even entertain the radioactive thought of grey line CSAM, but we don't spend 18 hours a day watching anime.
2. Only Flamenco's "optical" E-hentai account was compromised. Boy Soprano being hosted there was bad enough.
3. He uploaded the English language translation of the comic.
4. This means he may, or may not have the same account linked to E-hentai's unoptical counterpart, where all sorts of fiends are lurking.
