I looked up the requirement for a PiNS charge and it would take a little more than that, they're normally used for kids involved in gang related activity that are "uncontrollable, display a repeated pattern of unruly behavior and present a danger to other occupants in the home"
This isn't just his parent couldn't handle his autism, he was doing something to make her extremely uncomfortable in her own home and a Judge agreed it was serious enough to sign off on a PiNS charge and put him in a boys home.
Now Pedmenco obviously wasn't a gang banger, which is what its usually used for, and given the seething anger he displays when he's talked about his mother before, and his weird sexual fixation on "Dommy Mommys" it makes you wonder why exactly his mother didn't feel safe with him in the home anymore. I'd say theres a little more to it than just "couldn't handle his sperging."
You don't get removed on a PiNS charge and placed in a secure facility for being a simple sperg.

Without any further evidence its impossible to tell for sure.
Based on the nature of a PiNS charge requirement it seems he was repeatedly unruly and refused to alter his behavior at at some point it escalated to where he was being violent and his mother didn't feel safe with him in the house.
We can speculate he was being sexually creepy with her based on his "dommy mommy" shit, and his other weird perversions and the violent resentment and anger he displays when he's spoken about her, (and if the latest leaks are legit, a strange fixation on her sex life, seriously who talks about their mom like that) but it's speculation, we don't know for sure.
It's definitely more than usual teenage misbehavior, for him to have removed on a PiNS charge and placed in a secure accommodation facility, but we have no way to be sure without more details.
The person I spoke to about PiNS charges made it clear its usually used in cases of gang related activity or when the kid is just completely delinquent and out of control, amd only used after multiple call outs and attempted interventions.
Ped isn't the type to be tied up with gang violence, but he did something to make a Judge agree he was a threat to the safety of other people in the home, but not serious enough to result in other criminal charges.
