I never said he is not a dumbass, proof being that he spent tons of time and money on a vtube avatar but could not spend the 5 minutes it takes to create a separate OS account for streaming, but i wouldn't discount some fake ops as part of the whole deal.

I doubt Andy and PPP have anything to do with this, but its not as if it's beyond them, they pumped up Ralph's numbers to like 2000 for over a week (which Ralph was bragging about for just as long) just so they could drop them down to 400 live during their show, so who knows.
