It was decided by PPP and Godwinson in advance that Flamenco was guilty, no matter what evidence he provided. That's their schtick. That is exactly what they did when they interviewed Chaggot. Godwinson even called himself Impartial Moderator while also saying Chaggot ran down women with his car and jumped up and down in glee as he feasted on their pain. PPP made it as clear as he could that he was aware he was acting in bad faith, and did everything to telegraph that short of saying, "I'm acting in bad faith". It obviously wasn't the kind of interview people wanted, but it was absolutely determined in advance that there is no world in which Flamenco was going to walk out of that stream with Godwinson and PPP saying he was innocent. As a rule, when Godwinson and PPP team up, it's them acting in bad faith and not trying to hide it. It's like people forget that their entire thing has been telling humorously exaggerated half-truths since the beginning, and PPP has even said that on quite a few occasions.

Honest question from a non-gamer/non-participant in those cultures: I often hear people say they join all these Discords and here also say this about Steam Groups, that people join them more or less without paying any attention to them. Usually I hear this in defense of degeneracy like I'm hearing in this thread too. Why do people do this though? Why would you want to be in so many groups, if nothing else because it would be a pain in the ass to navigate? I don't get it. Never mind the fact that Flam wasn't in all that many.

I dont use discord that much anymore but im in a discord that used to be for a planetside 2 guild that has turned into a general gaming group and a discord that is half trolls and half links to paywalled content.
