Let's see if "no brake" Hamilton gets slapped with a penalty as he exceeded the allowed track limits. I would assume he will get one. Leclerc also mentioned he had brake issues since Lap 8. Jesus man, Ferrari in the absolute shitter. Maybe Austin can make it a bit better

I'd guess they screwed up their brake duct calculations. You want them as small as possible to reduce drag but smaller means overheating brakes. I would guess they set them a bit too optimistically and suffered for it.

It doesn't help that Singapore is even tougher than Monaco for the heating systems.

CultLH is seething about the penalty. They've latched on to the wording "without justifiable reason", because apparently a failure means you can justifyably cut every corner to retain your place to them.

Btw I am currently working on a list of Ferrari drivers who got a podium and after how many races for Ferrari. If Hamilton doesn't get a podium in Austin and in Mexico he would be the last on my list if he manages to get a podium this year. Currently the last on my list is Didier Pironi who got his first podium for Ferrari after 19 races. But his first one was a victory in Imola 1982.

Yay wcc done! Now for max to win wdc for the craziest outcome.

Honestly think they might drive piastri away to rbr which will be Zaks downfall. I bet this is a multi 21 incident for Webber and he will advise Oscar on it.

McL obviously have a favourite and the rest of the season is going to be so much fun to watch the two fight it out gloves off.

Well if Piastri takes the Norris philosophy of just knock him out the way then either he gets past and more points or they both go off and it's a lost opportunity for Norris to gain.

I wonder if McLaren will have the balls to screw Piastri's strategy or deliberately slow him in the pits if he goes off script.

Have they said what happened on his stop today?

So McLaren had their WCC celebration on the podium without Piastri being there because he was being interviewed. They couldn't wait till he was avaliable or pay the fine for missing the media duties for him, no they had the drive they actually care about so may as well get in with it.

Webber knows exactly how unofficial second driver works and knows that's exactly the situation here. They won't be keeping their best driver if they keep this up.

Mercedes still haven't got confirmed contracta with either driver for next year, Red Bull can always fire someone, and I'm sure every other team would find a way to make space to grab Piastri.
