I play with a bunch of adults, but said adults also have youngish children. We mostly play at night after work and just BS. I think the biggest appeal to Fortnite is that you can literally play on any platform with progress synced crossed. That and it's free with regular updates.

I enjoy the lego mode as a way to cool off but it's somewhat grindy and the rng behind certain resources like metal bars when you set town npcs to farm them is a bit egregious. There's different metals and ores exclusive to different biomes if I set up shop n one ofthe bomes should be getting the materials exclusive to those biomes from villagers, but no it's always rare instances of non grassland biome items. Recently managed to maxx out my stats tot he point where can't be killed easy by high level enemies like the fucking bone wolves in the ice caves. There seems to be a vague combat mechanc with a stunlock thing that I keep getting hit by when fighting groups of npc enemies. Speaking of those with the amount of damage they do in the snow biome you'd think they drop higher level items, but no ti's always the lower end green swords that do piddly shit damage to them. Why do they somehow merc the fuck out of you with them unless you have max everything? Stupid! Give me a purple sword if have to use a fucking purple sword to kill these fuckers!
Fortnite's been buggy lately, the stupid TMNT turtle shell has been broken for months. I've ended up having to use Meowdas's paw print spray to cover up the Leo and Pizza one.
that and TTK and time to fine a rematch are so high and low respectively that you won't feel like it was a cheap kill and even if you did you can get back into the action super quickly.

I learned this the hard way before they got enabled when I found out meowdas can wear kicks but meowscles default can't for some reason. Actually I don'tt hink anyone in his family but the newest hybridized skin that doesn't fit wearing them due to his outfit. I think the issue with the foot thingis the model size and possibly some retarded trooncode stuff but like if you can resize the shades for interstellar bass to fit fucking MEOW SKULLS' BLOATED HEAD PERFECTLY you can get literally any skin in nikes just by scaling up and down the model.

The Juice World event was actually pretty good, it ended with an animation that mirrored spiderverse.
I miss the interactive events. Juice World was just another concert cinematic that your character can (barely) move around in.
