edit: Just to echo the sentiment of others in the thread, I'm sure plenty of us would be more than happy to contribute to a legal fund if necessary. I've given money for much less, and free expression on the Internet is something that's vital to protect.

They actually won't. The goal of the whole American Bar Association (It is broken down into individual "state" Bar Associations (hence the Texas Bar Association, NY Bar Association, Florida Bar Association etc) is to ensure that EVERYONE has fair and correct legal representation. If someone doesn't want to deal with him, they will recommend someone else who can. I know a few lawyers off the top of my head who would be interested in this case, but they are not in California and would want to know @Null s personal legitimate view on Jews (surprise many lawyers are Jews and many Right-wing Jews hate trannies, but do not like antisemites).


The biggest thing I can tell you is when it comes to civil litigation, whoever has the largest coffers will be able to win. The reason is that more money means you can afford more lawyers who can make the opposition's life a living hell (get them tangled up in court proceedings until the other side just gives up or runs out of money).

A fellow named Noah Peters represented Jared Taylor in an unsuccessful lawsuit against Twitter, in California. I vaguely recall skimming over the courts ruling and was not impressed with the court's reasoning. More and more the written law is not what counts, but the particular person, racial demographic etc. I would suggest trying to find a way to get it out of California. They were able to get that guy in Florida in New York Court convicted for composing mean memes about evil Hilary. Being on NY as opposed to Florida was all the difference.

That his first name is Noah and that he was featured on the Daily Caller is highly suggestive of (((echoes))) but I have not verified that.

If you go down his work experience, you will see he was at Bailey and Ehrenburg when the lawsuit was filed. I don't see a California bar admission. He was most likely able to get a motion to be admitted for that particular case and could ostensibly do so again.

Also don't forget that in California, the loser of a lawsuit has to pay the winner's court fees. I don't think Null would take that risk if he didn't have to.
