How much will you need for the warchest, m'lord?

Also don't forget that in California, the loser of a lawsuit has to pay the winner's court fees. I don't think Null would take that risk if he didn't have to.

No Dong is a millionaire. Throw away your scabbard and don't miss, Mein Feeder.
I love you Meat Target but you are wrong about lawyer fees in California. Just one of the internet search results demonstrating California follows the American rule.

Do not accept help from this guy, Jackson ‘Cuckson’ Gerber, husband of Rebecca ‘Bex’ Gerber, who has a thread here. She’s recently accused KF of threatening to bomb any hospitals in her county where she gives birth.
Jackson is an attorney in California, more corporate than techie but you can’t be too careful.
He’s the manlet on the left, posing with his wife’s live-in boyfriend and sperm donor.

I stand corrected.

I thought that was the case because Patrick Tomlinson's lolsuit against Quasi and Cloudflare is what got him $50k in debt. The suit was in California and domesticated to Wisconsin.
Generally speaking each side pays his own lawyer fees, but there are some exceptions to the American rule, such as vexatious litigation. It varies by state. I have no idea what the precise rule in California is or what the exceptions are there. I do not know much of anything about Patrick Tomlinson. I am told his ongoing saga is incredibly amusing.
I will say that any consideration of suing Brickface No Dong Fong should be considered very carefully, including knowing the ins and outs of the exceptions to the American Rule.
First thing I would do is to try and find any way to get the venue and jurisdiction out of California. The kid who made mean memes about Hilary and was convicted was in Florida, but she and her campaign were seated in New York and that is how they brought the suit to New York as far as I understand. I believe Null wants to get the holding company incorporated in West Virginia, but I do not think that has happened yet, certainly did not happen when No Dong and his suicide squad of ghastly troons did what they did. It may be impossible to avoid but California would be the worst venue imaginable, at least in my opinion.

TLDR he tried to sue 60 people for calling him fat on the Internet, subpoenaed Cloudflare for their identities, and failed. He was supposed to pay Quasi's (the owner of OnA Forums) court costs, but refused out of spite. The interest accumulated, and he ended up owing $50k. He's only paid $32k of it because he skipped a debtor's exam and was threatened with contempt charges.

If I recall, Kian Magana/Mr Peacock is a CA lawyer. He was Dick's lawyer during the Maddox saga partially. He kinda vanished years ago

I thought he went into some kind of government work or maybe other work that required he maintain a lower profile. He'd probably know someone though.
He’s the manlet on the left, posing with his wife’s live-in boyfriend and sperm donor.
Also he's a shitty lawyer who constantly has to beg Twitter for legal advice on simple things like how to file out a name change form.

The Great Sneeding™ is nigh. Soon the rivers will run red with dilation blood. The earth shall be salted with the tears of loony troons.
At the end, the Kiwis words will continue to echo and in joyful union they will sing NIGGERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

(But for real, best of luck to Null if this is what I think it is. Gouge the thwomp and give him a second stinkditch. Honeycomb can also burn to the ground.)

I'm genuinely interested in how this goes as its probably going to be a big deal in the professional archive world on account of the farms being a form of public access community documentation in a sense, as well as what this means for free speech.

Rooting for you Jersh, if you fundraise I'll sneed a dono your way.

One tip on finding a lawyer a prof gave me once was call way more than one. But ask each one of them if they had a case like yours, who would they hire. If the same name keeps coming up that's your guy.
How would discovery work on a case like this? Would he just get access to Elliot's records, or would he also get the records of the companies that have dropped us? Will this be how we find out what Matthew Prince was referring to when he claimed we were an immanent threat to human life?

Ideally, the lawyer you hire is a woman. The amount of seething from no dong when a “birthing person” is the one to financially ruin him would be true justice.
Being in California, there's maybe a 0.0001% chance Josh could find a nice Transsexual in SF from the olden times. That would be the optimal lawyer.
