Tortious interference and arguably defamation.

This may also be a good opportunity to clear KF's name. Refute all the claims that we swat people and push them to suicide, and get them in official public record.
Yes, but null isn't the farms. The farms isn't a distinct legal entity it is a product. So who owns the product? And who is damaged by defaming it? Those two questions need to be answered before you can even get to filing a suit.

You'r going to need someone with extensive media training. A Robert Barnes like character. Communication is key, especially when one is trying to set a new standard for a utility.
You need someone to get the attention of he boomers without completely turning them off
Josh has worked with Barnes briefly before, if I recall. And Barnes has carried some water for The Kiwi Farms on his podcast with Viva. So he should definitely at least ask Barnes if he has any suggestions.

Assuming Lizzy loses the suit, no doubt he'll make sure there is nothing for Jersh to take and will probably hang himself stating the farms turned him into the ultimate martyr and that he, Eliot Dong Long Gone, was bullied to suicide by the dastardly farms.

And then, the farms will be understood to have done a public good.

“Woah… Josh needs me? I’m Josh’s top guy!”

Null owns the Farms and Lolcow, LLC. It is his business. AFAIK, both can be named as plaintiffs.

Here's how Wikipedia defines "tortious interference":
Tortious interference, also known as intentional interference with contractual relations, in the common law of torts, occurs when one person intentionally damages someone else's contractual or business relationships with a third party, causing economic harm. As an example, someone could use blackmail to induce a contractor into breaking a contract; they could threaten a supplier to prevent them from supplying goods or services to another party; or they could obstruct someone's ability to honor a contract with a client by deliberately refusing to deliver necessary goods.
Brickface has been going to the ends of the earth to disrupt Null's business, and lying to Internet infrastructure providers about TOS violations (they never tell Null which TOS the Farms supposedly violated).

On top of that: Dong Gone and Keffals launched their campaign because we have evidence of them breaking the law (the consent accident, Catboy Ranch, and the troonshine), which they want memory-holed. It's not about Byuu or Chloe Sagal.

And since DDOS attacks are crimes, that makes them accessories to crimes. It's no different than demanding that ADT disable someone's home security system so that their house is easier to burglarize.

He knows he can't completely cut someone off from the internet, so his goal has been to demoralize Josh to the point where no sane man would want to continue. He picked the wrong target for an endurance war.
I'm surprised it took him this long to learn that Null can remain autistic longer than most people can remain solvent.
Santa Clara University has a few grads who specialize in Internet law. One of them I follow is Jess Miers, who appears to have a solid foundation in Section 230 and the First Amendment. She’s also a software engineer, so she’ll probably have a good understanding of the complexities of hosting, deplatforming, etc.

It's highly likely that Jess has been on the receiving end of sexual harassment and/or attempted consent accidents initiated by troons, but I doubt she'd be inclined to take them on even if they've acted in violation of the First Amendment.

This is very memetic and memes make dreams come true

+1 to this idea. Top of the line stone-cold killers who did a fantastic job covering all legal bases and making excellent filings. They made one of Patrick's lawyers cry on zoom court after getting schooled on Section 230 protections.
