So, here's how to turn things around for yourself.​


Step 1. Change the password and email of this account. Forget the forum exists. Never read your thread again. It will only ever hurt your mental health. If you get tempted to come back, don't. Do some jumping jacks, read a book, spend your time literally any other way. You cannot consume this material healthily.

Step 2. Forget twitter & making a living online. Never use a username anyone will ever recognize as you. Have no social media presence outside of an email. You, as a person, cannot handle it and likely will not ever be able to handle it. You have the Lolcow gene. You are predisposed to sperg out.

Step 3. If you haven't got a job, get one, literally anything that isn't at a desk. Greet at wallmart. Run the icecream machine at Mcdonalds. Paint houses. It doesn't matter, just don't let it be sitting down at a computer. You need to speak to real people in the real world. If you are at a computer, you will log in and sperg out.

Step 4ever. Stay offline, do things in the world around your person and not on the computer. You're going to be much happier, healthier, more normal. These three things are all desirable. There are passions for you that don't need a router. Hiking, skateboarding, cooking, painting models, whatever it is find it without a P.C. terminal.​
