It's most likely his bank provider sending the emails, not Twitter. However, the line reads "We weren't able to charge the credit card you provided" so it may just be Twitter.

Real advice if you are reading this. Turn your screens off. I know the rush of fame must feel great, but it's not worth you destroying your mental health over.
It's not easy to get over, but you can do it. You do NOT want to end up like the rest of the people who have threads on this site. Maybe when you're older you can look back on this thread and laugh, but right now, focus on yourself and your mental.
If you are 18, then its not the end of the world. You're an adult but only legally, a lot of people have a long way to go from that age to maturity.
