Remember when he was still famous and thought he was worthy of a Makeship sponsorship? He almost got it too but they basically waitlisted him to see if he would stable out, wise choice considering everything that happened. Of course histronic Francis assumed that it was a permanent no because nothing short of an unconditional "yes" is good enough for this fat retard and he proceeded to self sabotage anyways. Check!
2) Preoccupation with fantasies of success, power, or love
Everything he's done on the internet since the pinheads blew up has basically been glorified attempts to get himself the money and fame that he believes he deserves. I wouldn't be surprised if he spent most of his 'writing' sessions daydreaming about video essays on how smart "The Boss" is and the "Hidden Genius of Printern". Check!
3) Belief in one's own uniqueness and superiority
He's never come out and said it but think of how many epic thinkpieces he's dropped about the R-Slur or EPI or whatever. You have to believe that you have something worthwhile to say to drop all that stuff on to people, and I do vaguely recall him saying that he felt he could speak from a position of authority on EPI in his "Unc/Kid/Gooner" thread. Furthermore, his entire role in these projects is the Ideas Guy and everything he did with Printern was replaced in a matter of days, but he still believes he was the heart of these projects despite not really contributing anything. Check!
4) Need for excessive admiration
Literally the whole reason he came to Soyjak Party and Kiwi Farms was because of this, trying to seek approval from the haters and change our minds. He's outright come out multiple times and said that he wants people to like him and would regularly pay lipservice to the idea of being 'nice' and 'chill' when it'd suit him. Basically the whole reason he spirals is because whenever he sees anyone on Xitter or Groomcord that doesn't like him, he spirals mentally and tries desperately to get approval from them, and when it doesn't work he tries to sic his fanbase on them to run them off the internet as punishment for not liking him. Check!
5) Interpersonal exploitiveness
Who uses all his ROBLOX developer friends as free labor to make video games for him while constantly shirking on payment and financial obligations? Check!
6) Lack of empathy
When his 8th crashout was happening back in January and he was losing his mind on stream, one of his former friends joined the chat and was genuinely upset at him for having suicidebaited and made that friend feel potentially responsible for ending Francis' life. His response to this was to openly laugh at and then mock that person in front of the whole stream, dismissing their concerns and telling them that it was all their fault for caring. Check!
7) Envy of others or belief that others are envious of them

8-) Arrogant and haughty attitudes
All the time. Just ask the Printern devs (who he still hasn't paid btw, or the Agony Arena devs for that matter) how he'd talk to them if they didn't comply with every single one of his stupid demands the second he gave them. You can also look at his constant dismissal of us Kiwi chuds as obsessed losers worse than he is, or how he treats other autists on Xitter who don't share his exact interests (like that time he shat on object show fans which, yes, while cringe, most of those people are 13 first of all and secondly you're a grown man who wanted to make a sonic.exe roblox video game for a living so fucking stop it). Check!
9) Varied mood and interpersonal relationships

One need only look at how he treated Oliver to see the first half in action. Oliver was basically his best friend when he was doing free ROBLOX labor for him and making his sperg dreams reality, but the moment Oliver wanted to know more about that child he definitely didn't groom then suddenly Oliver was an evil scumbag who conspired to remove him from his project because Oliver is the eternal enemy of Francis Benditt in the same way the Jews are the eternal enemies of my wallet. Look at the 'francis tardwrangler' guy who showed up and made Francis sperg out so bad he did a livestream over it, only to eventually get asspats and completely let go of all resentment. As for the latter part, just look at his track record in general. He's burned through two separate projects with two completely separate dev teams in less than a year because he literally can't keep people around. He's completely dysfunctional.
In order to be diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder, you need to display at least 5 of these characteristics. Francis having fucking all of them is not a good sign.
Edit: To sperg additionally, I was at first hesitant to consider him a narcissist because you do see overlap with autists who lack a good theory of mind and can't really conceive that others exist. The core difference though is that autists can't do it, but they can learn how. Narcissists do know how, but don't care because they are controlled by their insecurities. It was hard to tell with Francis at first, but over the course of this thread he's had multiple people explain to him in very easy to understand ways how his actions impact others, and he's routinely demonstrated that he doesn't care again and again. Any sincere autist would be horrified and genuinely remorseful, but as we see again and again Francis demonstrates no horror at his actions nor remorse. He's a narcissist, that's it.
