Something I find odd is that looking back at the older videos of Francis versus the newer one, Francis used to have this attitude of "I can redeem myself / all I can do is continue to improve" and only really said things like "I've lost everything" and referred to himself as "mentally ill" (though this is more of an excuse since it's the reasoning he provides as to why he does the things he does), which doesn't really have as much of a negative connotation as what he does in relation to his newest drama, where he actively says shit like "I'm a fucking loser, my life is over" etc. I think his mentality changes but he's ultimately just stuck in the same loop since it doesn't progress to anything that's beneficial for him, it only gets worse

He's stated multiple times that his main issue with letting go of the internet (despite his addiction to it) is that he feels as if it's the only way he can express any kind of creative outlet, which I feel stems from the autism hindering him from having as good social interactions in the real world, plus he can revolve his entire identity around his art online a lot easier. Truth is that art is on it's way to dying out as it relates to an actual career, that's just the harsh reality. I feel like Francis could benefit from learning to draw bodies and try to become a boardwalk caricature artist or something since it'd give him a way to express his creativity whilst not relying on doing something that he hates, maybe the issue is that he just doesn't like the idea of having a job.

It's probably less about the art itself and more about a need for the attention the internet can offer. He also seems to have a nasty problem with executive dysfunction and learned helplessness which holds him back from functioning in a real job. I say this because of just how unproductive he was on his own projects, if he wanted to express himself he probably would have at least made one Printern webcomic before getting deported. He's fine with others doing the actual 'expression', he just wants the power and the glory that comes with it.
