Much like the claim that Walter fucked x1000 women, that too is complete bullshit.

I shouldn't have to explain this to anyone out there what they're doing is fucking retarded but for the few exceptional individuals out there that may think otherwise, they are claiming the reason why they false flag copyright strike the "haters" videos are because they made defamatory or untrue statements about them. The videos that make fun and critic them are fair game. As long as the content is edited, transformative and/or has some commentary on it. Even just cutting parts out of a video without commentary or extra editing qualifies and renaming the video something different qualifies. See Applebee's waiter vs Fat Vindictive bitch.

What they are doing is conflating copyright law with defamation law. Even if what their detractors is saying is defamatory they do not have a right to legally take it down only a court order can.
