(Note: I've been collecting this stuff with the intent of drafting an expose for a while now, so some of these pictures might have slightly outdated profile information, if that's a problem to you for whatever reason.)
Stormdragonblue / Maootter / Killy_the_fox / Flotianchroma / Kupocrinkles (too many names) is a very popular furry fetish artist in the communities he exists in. He draws a lot of transformation and rubber fetish art, which wouldn't be much on it's own. I don't care about that. His Diaperfur status is the problem. And it isn't just like, casual depiction of people in diapers. That's whatever. But it's clearly sexualized, and he clearly has no problem sexualizing minors.

Now, this would be one thing, But there's some things that I've noticed when I was collecting all of this. One, a LOT of furries seem either unaware or complicit in this type of content. They give him a lot of praise.
But also, there's a very notable person in his hugbox.
I might've talked about her before but Yuukari is another somewhat popular user in the fetish subcommunity of FA, before her appointment as an Administrator coincided to her popular works. She no longer "works" there, but we can obviously see this art, either made by Mao or by the people who orbit around her type of community, to sexualize minor characters which is supposedly against FA's rules. In her time as an Admin for the site, which I presume involves reading reports, No notable action was taken on works like Mao's. Not that I expect her to dismantle the entire social system that's been created, but if the rules against cub content was consistent, much of this stuff would actually be reported and removed, which means that either people don't find enough of a problem with the sexualization of minors to report it, or that the administrators do not view such a thing as a realistic concern, and that could only be because people who do get away with it have the connections to skirt by the rules, or because the people getting away with it have enough social clout to do so. And this case, it's both. Mao is a former administrator on FurAffinity. He was there during the period when cub porn's ban from FurAffinity wasn't meaningfully enforced (i.e. he could've very well helped in a culture that let cub run free on the site).
And the traces of his cub shit runs very deep, too. The idea that the fellow moderators didn't know that this was going on then or now is on such shaky ground you have a better chance of winning the lottery and tells me what should be obvious to most people, that the actions taken against cub back in 2010 was for show; that cub porn is still clearly active on FurAffinity, and the fetish community that consumes much of the userbase of the site doesn't care. Going on a fetish account on the site, you can probably find something connecting that account to Mao or his orbiterbase, and the reverence people in the community have for him is apparent to atleast me. I don't know if he's a scheming mastermind or just really odious but I feel like eitherway he's proof enough of a lack of concern for FurAffinity at large to meaningfully clamp down on cub art; unintentional or not, whether the team knows about this or not, they're complicit. Every single moderator.

He allows anyone into the NSFW section of his server and they are not individually verified; they are only removed from the NSFW side of the server when they or someone else proves they are underaged. The only section needing identification is the IRL section, they have access to drawn porn and nsfw-general chat. Users have been scolded and even banned by him, personally, and not by other staff members for recommending some sort of proper verification system. His excuse is it's 'too much work'. sure it may be a lot of work, but it sounds like he'd rather have kids as young as 13-14 populate the NSFW section. He's from California if you couldn't tell.
