Since this is a minor, we will mass report his channel(and maybe snitch to his parent as well), so he won't get groomed.

There is the possibility that he didn't know the actual definition of fetish, and assumed that this applied to the art he made, regardless of whether
or not it was meant to be arousing. I can't find a safe way to download the more lewd art he made on FurAffinity (you can find it on FurArchiver though),
but I feel like the thumbnail for this video should be taken into account. I think the expression for the guy on the right is less a face of finding something cute
or funny, and more a face of sexual pleasure. I might be looking too much into this, but still, I feel like this should be mentioned.
However, here is some much stronger evidence that Arthur's art was meant to be sexual, found from some screenshots someone else made while I was looking for proof.
The first artwork gives Mao Mao (from the show of the same name) a very noticable bulge.
Another artwork of Mao Mao, with a brightly blushing Adorabat in the reflection. Adorabat is stated to be five years old.
The artwork's cropped because I'd rather not show an entire sexual artwork that has a child-character seemingly being aroused in it.
And here's a screenshot of Dimentio (from Super Paper Mario) with an ass, and O'Chunks' nose bleeding. Nosebleeds are pretty obviously a sign of lust,
and I really don't think Fnoxy would not only not know what the term "fetish" means, but also not know what a nosebleed is supposed to represent.
He also made inflation videos of Klonoa, who is confirmed to be a minor in both versions of his character.
Again, I apologize for how weirdly censored the images are; I just didn't want to show this kind of stuff involving underage characters, even if it was for informational
reasons, so I blocked out all blimpy parts of their bodies while also showing their faces.

He's also made inflation art of Ralsei from Deltarune, who I'm fairly certain is also a minor, as he's a peer and friend to the high-school-aged Lightners in the game.
Granted, these videos and posts were made months to years ago, and it seems that Arthur hasn't made any fetish works of minors in quite a while.
The closest he's gotten to doing that is stuff of first-stage Pokémon (and whether or not they count as children has been debated)
and Wolfy (the character), since he could very well be a minor, given how he's likely Arthur's fursona.
But, I still feel like this needs to be mentioned, especially since he reuploaded the Ralsei and Klonoa videos on his current account, and has kept them up.
I feel that Wolfy should take those videos down, as they shouldn't have been made in the first place.

Also, while I think that his character Gattóri is an adult, I do find it uncomfortable how, in most videos that he's featured in,
he's forced against his will to be some blimp or blob or whatever, especially since this stuff is kinda meant to be arousing.
Like, this video right here, judging from the previews I've seen of it, has Wolfy sneaking a cup of weird inflationy-juice, and he very clearly doesn't enjoy it,
which can be seen from this thumbnail. Not to mention the fact that Wolfy, who is likely a minor, doing this to Gattóri, who is likely an adult,
carries some very nasty implications.
