Ingurrland has once in a lifetime generational talent; same as the Beckham years apparently but still produces shithouse performances every game. Their media are all on fucking drugs thinking they’re gonna win the title let alone win the group stage.
Well the press does it all the time, its the Premier Leagues showcasing its talent, and its talent looks shit. Still, got to sell it in hopes more middle eastern money comes in.

England will do ok, get a nice little journey and get battered by Germany in the semis, like is tradition.

This Portugal side is frustrating to watch. So much quality but everyone is trying to force it to Ronaldo, who is so clearly past it. They could very well win this tournament if Ronaldo picks up an injury that keeps him out of the knockout rounds.
The other frustrating part is that Goncalo Ramos or Diogo Jota could easily fit in there but they refuse to play them for Ronaldo. I would rather see Ronaldo on the bench either cheering on the team like he did in 2016 or pouting like a bitch similar to 2022

I would be ashamed of myself as a coach if my only tactic was ‘give the ball to the has-been on the wrong side of 30’. They really need to sack the coach and hire someone will balls, otherwise Ronaldo will still be out there in a wheelchair one day.

Thats happened before in a previous tournament. Cant remember which one. I remember thinking they need to get him off the pitch and let the rest of the team play. He got injured and came off ij the second half and the Portuguese looks led so much better.

Gambling sites: there's no such thing as massive rigged games, at best it rarely happens

Most un-rigged tournament in asia:

Wow, I feel like an idiot for walking away after Croatia scored their second goal. Well done, Albania.
Aston Villa has to sell a lot of money and needs replacements as well. I think this goes through.
All the top sources, including the tap in merchant, have been saying this is basically a done deal for days. But McKennie is now apparently sabotaging it with outrageous salary demands from Villa and even trying to get a severance payout from Juve :story:

This fat Ameriblack is playing games with his career. If we are unable to move him this summer, he will probably not play 1 minute under Thiago Motta. Then he'll leave on a free next summer, I imagine to MLS or Saudi because that's his true level. I'm so pissed, I thought we were about to fleece Villa in this deal.

You are thinking of the Euro 2016 finals. Can't remember how that ended though

I mean, if I am McKennie I don't want to go back to the premier league. He sucked ass at Leeds and his career probably ends either way. He goes to Villa and sucks or he stays at Juve and tries to stick it out. Might as well try and get a massive paycheck before you leave

Tottenham have jumped the queue ahead of Aston Villa in the race to sign midfielder Weston McKennie

If this rumour is anything to go by then you might have your wish after all. Why the fuck Tottenham even want him I have no clue.

I get it, it’s just really frustrating from a Juventus perspective. The deal looks like it’s going through today, but we had to replace McKennie with Berrenechea (a younger player with much more quality). McKennie is definitely out of Motta’s project, and he’s going to have a hard time finding a better situation than Villa. I get that he bottled his time at Leeds but Villa has a top coach and much better squad. Plus they play champions league this year. Not sure what his agents are thinking.

lol England, you are so lucky to take a point from that game. Absolute bottlers.

I don’t think spurs will buy him, fraudbrizio has already thrown cold water on that rumor. There’s some puff piece about him published today in the Jew York times where he talks about “overcoming doubters as an American playing in Europe”. Lmao, nice timing for that one. He better adjust his wage expectations, or else he will sit out the last year of his contract and probably never play in Europe again.

His agents realize he is 25 years old, hit the heights of his career, and probably have one major contract in him before going back to the states for a pay day. So the way they make their money, along with McKennie, is to get a massive contract. If he is being forced out of Juve, they need to try and drive a hard bargain when going to Villa or another team in England. They have to play this hard bargain and he's going to be gone soon enough from Juve.

Italy losing today wasn't a huge break for them. The game against Croatia is basically deciding everything for them. Denmark are in a decent spot but man they could have beaten England which would have been funny. Serbia should just quit now too lol. Beating Denmark on the last day to potentially get through is a tough ask

Reliable sources in Italy are saying he asked Villa for 5M per season, which is where the deal broke down. They must have had a good laugh over that one, they weren't even ready to give that to Luiz :story: I think Juve were willing to pay out his contract before the deal fell apart, but I doubt they will now as they are understandably annoyed. Barrenechea could turn into a top player, and we will have egg on our face if he becomes the next Rodri.

I'm more concerned with how we lost. Got absolutely mogged by Spain for 85 minutes and Donnarumma performed miracles to keep us in. No tactical adjustment after halftime, terrible subs, etc. Total disaster from Spalletti, especially considering the way he was talking before the game. This team could easily lose to Croatia and not advance. After today, I'm actually expecting it.
