I don't think they are anywhere near as good as 2 years ago but with Giroud up front allowing for Mbappe to play his favorite position down the left and then Dembele on the right with Griezmann and whoever means they will be really dangerous. Nkuku injury hurts more in this situation imo



If anyone is looking to watch the England game, avoid the first few minutes and watch in a language you don't speak. They are doing the gay little kneeling before kick off thing again

masterclass by the Qatari keeper, if he remained in goal then Valencia would've been onside, by fucking up he didn't become the last man and inadvertently offside trapped him instead.

they spent how many years and billions planning this shit? they could've imported and nationalized a bunch of decent players instead; the French have spent the last decade importing Ngubus from colonies and now Spanish government is granting citizenship to foreigners solely so they can become eligible for their national team.
 
Had a few people that thought Qatar could do decently well since they somehow won the Asian Cup but after that performance I'd say they'd be lucky to get 3rd. Netherlands could easily put 4 past them if they're on good form.

Its their first time trying to import and nationalize players. Plus they don't have any colonies yet, so its hard to know where to pick them from. Its a long road before Qatar is dominating on the world stage but they are close to doing it

Wow, England (and the rest) are even more pathetic than I thought they were. This might be a bit of a turning point for all the virtue signalling; even the types that normally support it seem to be starting to see how hollow it all is.
