At the weekend the Benfica coach saw a red card bc a fan threw a water bottle at him and he threw it back. When he left the pitch he signaled to the rival fans the score of the game with his hands (Benfica won 2:0).

Very based.
Tired of this bullshit about giving red cards for this. A fan runs onto the pitch and tries attacking a player. Player fights back and gets a red card for it. That's fucking bullshit. They need to stop punishing players for beating the shit out of fans who want to get into the action.

They also need to start NFL style tackling fans who come on the pitch for a picture with players. And start carding players who interact with them. Tired of both of this shit. Fucking europeans need to stop being retarded and let the game continue

Speaking of managers getting sent off, it happened to Mourinho today. Not sure what he did as I was watching the game at work so I had it on mute. But he spazzed out.

Edit to avoid double post:
I can't believe my eyes, Jogba has finally made his Juve debut. It's only taken 7 months lol

Fun little results from today.

Marseille lost in penalties to Annecy. Annecy for those who don't know, are currently mid table in Ligue 2. So much for knocking out PSG. This leaves a semifinal with Lyon, Nantes, Toulouse, and Annecy which will certainly be riveting.

FA Cup action- Some results happened yesterday but Brighton beat Stoke, Blackburn upset Leicester, Fulham beat leeds, Man City destroyed Bristol City, Burnley beet Fleetwood, Grimsby Town upset Southampton, Man U beat West Ham, and Sheffield United upset Tottenham

Quarter final action
Sheffield vs Blackburn, City vs Burnley (Kompany reunited), Brighton vs Grimsby, and Man United vs Fulham

Osasuna won the first leg of their copa del rey semi final against Bilbao. Obviously the clasico on the other side is all the rage but still, gotta see who they play in the final

Arsenal caught up to Man City on games played by thrashing Everton 4-0. Solid defending from Sean Dyche's side.
Liverpool are now tied on points with Fulham in 6th after beating Wolves (they have played each other like 6 times over the past 2 months it seems) but are ahead of Fulham on goal difference. They also have a game in hand.

Champions League starts up next week

So yeah, yesterday I went to my first women's footy match ever. It pitted my São Paulo against Ceará, and the entry fee was 1kg of non-perishable food, because otherwise you'd never goad the people into attending such a match.

Maybe in 50 years the women's will play like the men do today, because it felt like I was watching a highlight reel from the 60s or the 70s, with so many missed chances, sloppy plays and stop-and-go strategies. It is also the first time I've ever seen someone toss a throw-in out of their own side and give an easy ball reposition to the other team.

Anyways, São Paulo won 2-0.

Ibrahimovic (now 41) has come off the bench for Milan in the last 2 games after recovering from injury. He looks slow as hell but it's kind of crazy he's still playing in a top 5 league (albeit the weakest of the top leagues imo).

Meme dream of Fulham, Brighton and Brentford in Europe slowly drifting away now with Liverpool and Chelsea remembering that they need to win games.
