Der klassiker today, who's watching? Who's gonna win? Is the result gonna change anything?

Me
Bayern
No
Leverkusen has this league and dortmund will make top 4.

Eta Xabi staying at Leverkusen next season it seems. Kane will never win a trophy.

Historically it is very questionable to allow such jerseys for the home European Championship

 Schutzstaffel bros can feel good buying number 44 jerseys

I haven't seen much of Leverkusan this season but caught the second half of that game and wow, what a team. Absolutely relentless performance, I don't even care if the 2nd goal might have been offside they, deserved to win. And a beautiful moment between Xabi Alonso and the supporters after the game. What a massive W for them to keep him for another season.

Anyone got a stream for Bayern vs Dortmund? I would be most thankful.

I couldn't have been more wrong holy crap.

While it puts Liverpool ahead by 2 points, that draw with City on the road was huge for Arsenal. This leaves them with only 3 reasonably tough games in their 9 to go. I think Brighton on the road is going to be more difficult than Chelsea or Villa at home, or Wolves on the road. Second toughest game with be against United at Old Trafford just because it will probably be the last thing United have to play for at that point outside of the FA cup. And the toughest will be Tottenham on the road. Whether the Bayern tie goes to Arsenal or not is irrelevant since there isn't much hope of winning but I imagine we win a close one at home and lose on the road to get knocked out.

Liverpool have arguably the toughest schedule of the 3 title contenders imo. United on the road, West Ham on the road, Fulham (shocking I know) on the road, Aston Villa on the road, Everton on the road (only because its a rivalry game and Everton are in a relegation scrap), and Spurs at home. They also have a legit shot to win Europa League.

Man City arguably have the easiest run in, although they are in more competitions with Champions League and FA Cup, both of which they should win. Their toughest league games are Spurs, Brighton, and Fulham on the road. Aston Villa, Luton, and Wolves at home don't seem like that will trouble them. I also don't see Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest doing much to them on the road.

% wise on who will win the premier league this season I would go 35% Man City, 33% Liverpool, 32% Arsenal. Really could go any way and Arsenal might get a boost if Liverpool and City advance in their cup competitions while everyone still wins.

We usually show up against City and beat them once a season or at least grind out a draw. Not sure how that will go down with our new manager on the front foot though. You were actually the first team to keep a clean sheet at the Etihad since us in 2021.

Premier League clubs are considering abolishing points deductions and introducing a 'luxury tax', Mail Sport can reveal.

The hefty points-deduction punishments for Everton and Nottingham Forest - coupled with a quiet January transfer window as clubs did not dare overspend and risk sanction - have left many officials to deem the league's Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) not fit for purpose.

There are also grave fears are that, under its current guise, PSR will see the Premier League fall from its lucrative position as the world's best league because it will no longer be able to afford the best players on the best salaries.

Radical reform has been discussed among the clubs and an entirely new system could be voted in at the end of the season meeting in June. As many as 17 of the 20 clubs are thought to be leaning towards significant change. Fourteen clubs need to be in agreement to get a rule change through.

Some feel that the eventual six-point penalty dished out to Everton and the four handed to Forest were draconian and not reflective of why PSR was brought in.

They believe that should clubs wish to 'have a go' and have the money to do so, they should not face a punishment that could plunge them into the Championship.

A 'luxury tax' has been considered, where those clubs who overspend will have a financial punishment which would increase the more they splash the cash. But clubs can choose to press on regardless if they wish.

The monies collected, which could run into the tens of millions, would then be redistributed to those Premier League who complied with the rules. It has been discussed that some of the fines could even go into an 'emergency fund' to assist EFL clubs in financial danger.

>Go 2-0 down
>Come back to 3-2
>Concede two of the absolute softest goals ever in the last minutes of injury time to lose 4-3

Absolutely peak current day United tbh

@East_Clintwood that seems like a terrible idea actually
Seems perfectly fair and reasonable to me. Of course to be totally fair we should probably make it retroactive, for you know (115) reasons
