Alright, sorry for multiple postings but I have my full transfer window done for the summer. This isn't a full breakdown of all the league's and transfers because the current list has 20 pages. Those pages don't also include my commentary (don't kill me).
So basic rules of what I was going for when finding these
-All transfer ins for these clubs are included
-Transfer outs were anything that actually had a fee (or undisclosed), a player that might be recognizable, or potentially went to a club that should drive interest.
-I used all 20 premier league teams (sorry but its the most popular league), Inter Milan, Juventus, AC Milan, and Napoli, Atletico Madrid, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and PSG.
-Please let me know if I am completely off base on a team's strategy for their transfer strategy. I am going off the net spend and the players coming in and out.
-Please note, net spend isn't what is reported on the books. Incoming money (Revenue) is recognized right away and outgoing money (expenses) will be amortized over the course of the contract. If this is confusing, hire your favorite tax lawyer to teach you accounting principals

-All revenue is reported in the british pound. Sorry

Brook Norton-Cuffy – Genoa

Fabio Vieira – FC Porto (loan)
Reiss Nelson – Fulham (loan)
Transfer balance -12.7 mil
Thoughts- Seemed like Arsenal spent this summer clearing out some deadwood and academy products that weren't going to make the cut. There are still some players that need to be taken out and more academy players to bring up but the process seems to be in place. The issue with them right now is that they haven't had to deal with major injury so there's no idea of what to do if X goes down. Hopefully they don't find out the answer this season
Aston Villa
In-
Ethan Amundsen-Day – Copenhagen
Cameron Archer – Sheffield United
Ross Barkley – Luton
Enzo Barrenechea – Juventus

Cameron Archer – Southampton
Lewis Dobbin – West Brom (loan)
Cameron Archer – Southampton
Samuel Iling-Junio – Bologna (loan)
Enzo Barrenechea – Valencia (loan)
Net Transfer: -12.7 mil
Aston Villa seems like they really need to get in compliance with the financial rules. While their net transfer spend is negative, the expenses won't get recognized for a while. Its a very narrow tightrope to keep the squad strong for Champions League this year while also not losing a lot of money through transfers
Bournemouth
In-
Daniel Jebbison – Sheffield United
Alex Paulsen – Wellington Phoenix
Luis Sinisterra – Leeds
Enes Unal – Getafe
Dean Huijsen – Juventus
Julian Araujo – Barcelona
Evanilson – FC Porto
Kepa Arrizabalaga – Chelsea (loan)
Out-
Dominic Solanke – Tottenham
Kieffer Moore – Sheffield United
Harry Redknapp Jr – Released
Net Transfer: -32 mil
Thoughts - A lot of moves that seem to be cycling through a squad looking to stay up this year. Its funny to look at some of the teams where players are coming in though. Premier League spending is crazy
Brentford
In-
Igor Thiago – Club Brugge
Benjamin Fredrick – Simoiben
Julian Eyestone – Duke (the university in the US)
Fabio Carvalho – Liverpool
Sepp van den Berg – Liverpool
Jayden Meghoma – Southampton
Out-
Ivan Toney – Al Ahli
David Raya – Arsenal
Frank Onyeka – Augsburg (loan)
Daniel Oyegoke – Hearts
Finley Stevens – St Pauli
Net Transfer: -20.6 mil
Thoughts - Probably should have sold Ivan Toney a year ago. I do like how they used him to fund a squad strengthening but with the fraction of a return you could have gotten, this seems like its it for squad building at the moment
Brighton
In-
Yankuba Minteh – Newcastle
Ibrahim Osman – Nordsjaelland
Mats Wieffer – Feyenoord
Malick Yalcouye – IFK Gothenburg
Amario Cozier-Duberry – Arsenal
Brajan Gruda – Mainz
Georginio Rutter – Leeds
Matt O’Riley – Celtic
Ferdi Kadioglu – Fenerbahce
Out-
Mahmoud Dahoud – Eintracht Frankfurt
Billy Gilmour – Napoli
Valentin Barco – Sevilla (loan)

Adam Lallana – Southampton
James Beadle – Sheffield Wednesday (loan)
Marc Leonard – Birmingham City
Facundo Buonanotte – Leicester City (loan)
Ibrahim Osman – Feyenoord (loan)
Net Transfer: -150.2 Mil
Thoughts: Brighton are Splashing some cash right now. I am guessing that this is the result of getting tons of money from previous transfer windows along with a few new teams adopting their transfer/scouting plans. Definitely see how they are such a threat after looking into this.
Chelsea
In-
Kieran Dewsbury-Hall – Leicester
Marc Guiu – Barcelona
Omari Kellyman – Aston Villa
Tosin – Fulham
Pedro Neto – Wolves
Renato Veiga – FC Basel
Caleb Wiley – Atlanta United
Estevao Willian – Palmeiras
Filip Jorgensen – Villareal
Aaron Anselmino – Boca Juniors
Joao Felix – Atletico Madrid
Mike Penders – Genk
Jadon Sancho – Manchester united (loan)
Out-
Conor Gallagher – Atletico Madrid
Romelu Lukaku – Napoli
Chinoso Chibueze – Stoke
Jamie Cumming – Oxford
Michael Golding – Leicester
Lewis Hall – Newcastle
Omari Hutchinson – Ipswich
Ian Maatsen – Aston Villa
Kepa Arrizabalaga – Bournemouth (loan)
Mike Penders – Genk (loan)
Charlie Webster – Burton
Hakim Ziyech – Galatasaray
Thiago Silva – Fluminense
Andrey Santos – Strasbourg (loan)
Malang Sarr – Lens
Aaron Anselmino – Boca Juniors (loan)
Diego Moreira – Strasbourg
Lesley Ugochukwu – Southampton (loan)
Djordje Petrovic – Strasbourg (loan)
Raheem Sterling – Arsenal (loan)
Armando Broja – Everton (loan)
Net Transfer: -50.4 mil
Thoughts- Seems like the revolution is on at Chelsea. They have figured out how they want to buy players now and get rid of the ones who don't fit that plan. While the transfers in don't entirely make sense (Felix and Neto come to mind) the fact that they were able to offload Lukaku Arrizabalaga, Sarr, Ziyech, and Sterling, even if it is just loans for now, is pretty impressive. They just need to keep a manager in place for longer than 2 seasons to see if this long term plan can come to fruition
Crystal Palace
In-
Chadi Riad – Barcelona
Eddie Nketiah – Arsenal
Daichi Kamada – Lazio
Jemiah Umolu – West Ham
Ismaila Sarr – Marseille
Maxence Lacroix – Wolfsburg
Matt Turner – Nottingham Forest (loan)
Out-
Joachim Anderson – Fulham
Odsonne Edouard – Leicester City
Michael Olise – Bayern Munich
Malachi Boateng – Hearts
Jordan Ayew – Leicester
Sam Johnston – Wolves
Net Transfer: 22.5 mil
Thoughts: Michael Olise is going to hurt a lot. But the club was able to bring in some talent while getting a haul for both Olise and Andersen. Also didn't realize Jordan Ayew was still in the premier league. Seems like this is some solid transfer business for a club looking to finish somewhere between 12th and 14th.
Everton
In-
Orel Mangala – Lyon (loan)
Omari Benjamin – Arsenal
Jack Harrison – Leeds (loan)
Tim Iroegbunam – Aston Villa
Iliman Ndiaye – Marseille
Jesper Lindstrom – Napoli (loan)
Jake O’Brien – Lyon
Asmir Begovic – QPR
Armando Broja – Chelsea (loan)
Out-
Mason Holgate – West Brom (loan)
Lewis Dobbin – Aston Villa
Ben Godfrey – Atalanta
Amadou Onana – Aston Villa
Neal Maupay – Marseille (loan)
Halid Djankpata – Spezia
Net Transfer: 26.1 mil
Thoughts- They have fully backed a Sean Dyche style team while also being strapped for cash. Don't think they will do it with this transfer window though since there aren't 2 guaranteed relegation spots and a third spot being kept alive by financial fair play this year
Fulham
In-
Ryan Sessegnon – Tottenham
Emile Smith Rowe – Arsenal
Jorge Cuenca – Villareal
Sander Berge – Burnley
Joachim Andersen – Crystal Palace
Reiss Nelson – Arsenal (loan)
Out-
Tim Ream – Charlotte FC
Joao Palhinha – Bayern Munich
Tosin – Chelsea
Ibane Bawat – Portsmouth
Jay Stansfield – Birmingham
Net Transfer: -31.4 mil
Thoughts- Very sneaky little transfer window from Fulham. They made 2 major outgoing transfers with Palhinha and Stansfield with a lot of other small offloads and used it to fund a little bit of a spending spree. No idea if it will work but I wouldn't be shocked if they managed to stay mid table with these moves.
Ipswich
In-
Dara O’Shea – Burnley
Liam Delap – Manchester City
Omari Hutchinson – Chelsea
Jacob Greaves – Hull
Darragh McCann – Glentoran
Arijanet Muric – Burnley
Leon Elliot – Crystal Palace
Ben Johnson – West Ham
Conor Townsend – West Brom
Sammie Szmodics – Blackburn
Kalvin Phillips – Manchester City (loan)
Jens Cajuste – Napoli (loan)
Jack Clarke – Sunderland
Chiedozie Ogbene – Luton
Out-
Gassan Ahadme – Charlton
Idris El Mizouni – Oxford
Silva Mexes – Manchester United
Corrie Ndaba – Kilmarnock
Net Transfer: -106 mil
Thoughts- The tried and true strategy of a newly promoted team. Just buy everyone and let go of all your players from the Championship. Just gotta laugh at Kalvin Phillips joining them though. Dude just can't catch a break
Leicester
In-
Abdul Fatawu – Sporting
Odsonne Edouard – Crystal Palace (loan)
Michael Golding – Chelsea
Caleb Okali – Atalanta
Bobby Decordova-Reid – Fulham
Facundo Buonanotte – Brighton (loan)
Oliver Skipp – Tottenham
Jordan Ayew – Crystal Palace
Odsonne Edouard – Crystal Palace (loan)
Out-
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall – Chelsea
Net Transfer: -49 mil
Thoughts- Southampton and Ipswich are worse with this but Leicester did go a little crazy now that they can spend again. But new manager trying to stay in the premier league will probably open up the wallet a little tbf
Liverpool
In-
Giorgi Mamardashvili – Valencia
Federicho Chiesa – Juventus
Out-
Nat Phillips – Derby (loan)
Stefan Bajcetic – Red Bull Salzburg (loan)
Adrian – Real Betis
Joel Matip – Released
Thiago Alcantara – Retired
Fabio Carvalho – Brentford
Billy Koumetio – Dundee
Bobby Clark – Red Bull Salzburg
Sepp van den Berg – Brentford
Harvey Blair – Portsmouth
Net Transfer: 42.8 Mil
Thoughts- A lot of fat trimming. The pessimist in me thinks that Arne Slott couldn't get the players he wanted this transfer window and has to keep what Klopp left him. The optimist in me thinks that the squad is good enough and just needed to create some space for future needs in January and next year. The realist in me says that Salah is leaving next year and they need to build a war chest to replace him and a couple other of their aging stars
Manchester City
In-
Savio – Troyes
Ilkay Gundogan – Barcelona
Out-
Julian Alvarez – Atletico Madrid
Liam Delap – Ipswich
Tommy Doyle – Wolves
Lewis Fiorini – Stockport
Sergio Gomez – Real Sociedad
Taylor Harwood-Bellis – Southampton
Yan Couto – Borrusia Dortmund
Alex Robertson – Cardiff
Micah Hamilton – Middlesbrough
Joao Cancelo – Al Hilal
Net Transfer: 106.9 mil
Thoughts- Time to play optimist, pessimist and realist again. The pessimist in me thinks that they have the squad to win Champions League and the EPL so only needed to add a winger with the addition of experience in Gundogan. The optimist in me thinks that they realize they are fucked with these charges so they need to balance their books before joining the National League next year. The realist in me thinks that they are building a war chest for the next manager who comes in after Pep leaves along with most of his players.
Manchester United
In-
Leny Yoro – Lille
Joshua Zirkzee – Bologna
Matthijs de Ligt – Bayern Munich
Noussair Mazraoui – Bayern Munich
Manuel Ugarte – PSG
Sekou Kone – Guidars FC
Out
Jadon Sancho – Chelsea (loan)
Alvaro Fernandez – Benfica
Mason Greenwood – Marseille
Willy Kambwala – Villarreal
Donny van de Beek – Girona
Anthony Martial – Released
Raphael Varane – Released
Tom Huddlestone – Retired
Aaron Wan-Bissaka – West Ham
Facundo Pellistri – Panathinaikos
Will Fish – Cardiff
Hannibal Mejbri – Burnley
Scott McTominay – Napoli
Net Transfer: -94.3 mil
Thoughts- This is Erik Ten Haags team completely now. They splashed the cash on so many players and cleared out the others he probably wouldn't want at this point. Injuries or no, if he doesn't show drastic improvement, he is getting sacked
Newcastle
In-
Lewis Hall – Chelsea
Miodrag Pivas – FK Jedinstvo UB
Odysseas Vlachodimos – Nottingham Forest
Lloyd Kelly – Bournemouth
John Ruddy – Birmingham
William Osula – Sheffield United
Out-
Elliot Anderson – Nottingham Forest
Yankuba Minteh – Brighton
Ryan Fraser – Southampton
Amadou Dioallo – Released
Loris Karius – Released
Matt Ritchie – Portsmouth
Net Transfer: 30 mil
Thoughts- I kinda feel bad for Eddie Howe. Newcastle have these massively rich owners but unlike Man City and Chelsea before them, these rich owners aren't going to splash a ton of cash right away to make a super star team that Howe just has to maintain. Instead they are slowly building up season by season. The first season was a combination of a power vacuum and a fluke to get Champions League. I think they are going to continue to slightly improve and be a real threat to the EPL title in 3 years
Nottingham Forest
In-
Elliot Anderson – Newcastle
James Ward-Prowse – West Ham
Morato – Benfica
Eric da Silva Moreiro – St Pauli
Nikola Milenkovic – Fiorentina
Carlos Miguel – Corinthians
Marko Stamenic – Red Star Belgrade
Shea Cahill – Brisbane Roar
Jota Silva – Vitoria Guimaraes
Ramon Sosa – Talleres de Cordoba
Alex Moreno – Aston Villa (loan)
David Carmo – FC Porto
Out-
Alex Mighten – San Diego
Matt Turner – Crystal Palace (loan)
Remo Freuler – Bolonga
Orel Mangala – Lyon
Moussa Niakhate – Lyon
Brandon Aguilera – Rio Ave
Julian Larsson – Burton
Odysseas Vlachodimos – Newcastle
Net Transfer: -44 mil
Thoughts- I like the contrasting responses to last year from Forest and Everton. Everton, strapped for cash, made a big profit this transfer window with their sales and are suffering a little for it. Forest just flipped the finger and continued to spend money. I didn't look it up but I wonder who has been at this club the longest
Southampton
In-
Aaron Ramsdale – Arsenal
Maxwel Cornet – West Ham (loan)
Ryan Fraser – Newcastle
Flynn Downes – West Ham
Ronnie Edwards – Peterborough

Khiani Shombe – Lewisham Borough
Charlie Taylor – Burnley

Kuryu Matsuki – FC Tokyo

Out-
Carlos Alcaraz - Flamengo
Kuryu Matsuki – Goztepe (loan)
Duje Caleta-Car – Lyon
Lyanco – Atletico Mineiro
Romain Perraud – Real Betis
Sekou Mara – Strasbourg
Mateusz Lis – Goztepe
Net Transfer: -62.8 mil
Thoughts- Oh look, another newly promoted team spending a shit ton of money to revamp their squad, haven't seen that before. I really don't know what else to say here but this has been done before. But keeping your squad from the Championship doesn't work. Just look at last year
Tottenham
In-
Lucas Bergvall – Djurgarden
George Feeney – Glentoran
Archie Gray – Leeds
Timo Werner – RB Leipzig (loan)
Min-Hyuk Yang – Gangwon FC
Dominic Solanke – Bournemouth
Wilson Odabert – Burnley
Out-
Emerson Royal – AC Milan
Eric Dier – Bayern Munich
Troy Parrott – AZ Alkmaar
Joe Rodan – Leeds
Ivan Perisic – Hajduk Spli
Tanguy Ndombele – Released
Ryan Sessegnon – Fulham
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg – Marseille (loan)
Bryan Gil – Girona (loan)
Oliver Skipp – Leicester
Net Transfer: -61.4 mil
Thoughts- Daniel Levy is actually spending money on players right now to try and help Ange. Probably gives a tighter leash to Ange this year to try and finish better but its interesting to see him get support
West Ham
In-
Luis Guilherme – Palmeiras
Max Kilman – Wolves
Wes Foderingham – Sheffield United
Carlos Soler – PSG (loan)
Crysencio Summerville – Leeds
Niclas Fullkrug – Borrusia Dortmund

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Manchester United
Mohamadou Kante – Paris FC
Out-
James Warde-Prowse – Nottingham Forest (loan)
Maxwel Cornet – Southampton (loan)
Nayef Aguerd – Real Sociedad (loan)
Said Benrahma – Lyon
Flynn Downes – Southampton
Thilo Kehrer – Monaco
Nathan Trott – Copenhagen
Mahamadou Kante – Paris FC (loan)
Net Transfer: -85.1 mil
Thoughts- The post David Moyes era is here. They are fully transforming the squad to Lopetegui's design and they are looking like they will splash the cash to make it happen
Wolves
In-
Tommy Doyle – Manchester City
Carlos Forbs – Ajax (loan)
Andre – Fluminense
Rodrigo Gomes – Braga
Pedro Lima – Sport Recife
Arthur Nasta – Larkhall Athletic
Jorgen Strand – Celta Vigo (loan)
Sam Johnstone – Crystal Palace
Ethan Sutherland – St Mirren
Out-
Fabio Silva – Las Palmas (loan)
Max Kilman – West Ham
Pedro Neto – Chelsea
Oliver Tipton – Solihull Moors
Hugo Bueno – Feyenoord (loan)
Net Transfer: 32.5 mil
Thoughts- Jorge Mendes initial pet project in the premier league is becoming an after thought with Nottingham Forest willing to play ball. Wolves are looking like a prime candidate for relegation after looking at this pitiful transfer window
Inter Milan
In-
Davide Frattesi – Sassuolo
Josep Martinez – Genoa
Carlos Augusto – Monza
Marko Arnautovic – Bologna
Mehdi Taremi – FC Porto
Piotr Zielinski – Napoli
Out-
Lucien Agoume – Sevilla
Gaetano Oristanio – Venezia
Mattia Zanotti – Lugano
Nikola Iliev – Botev Plovdiv
Franco Carboni – Venezia (loan)
Juan Cuadrado – Atalanta (loan)
Alexis Sanches – Udinesse
Alessandro Silvestro – Foggia
Net Transfer: -44.3 mil
Thoughts- Looks like they are making some moves to try and strengthen the rest of the team behind Lautauro Martinez. They have one of the best strikers in europe right now, so no need to add much to it.
Juventus
In-
Teun Koopmeiners – Atalanta
Douglas Luiz – Aston Villa
Khephren Thuram – Nice
Juan Cabal – Verona
Francisco Conceicao – FC Porto (loan)
Nico Gonzalez – Fiorentina (loan)
Christos Papadopoulos – Genoa (loan)
Pierre Kalulu – AC Milan (loan)
Michele Di Gregorio – Monza (loan)
Out-
Matias Soule – Roma
Dean Huijsen – Bournemouth
Samuel Iling- Aston Villa
Moise Kean – Fiorentina
Federico Chiesa – Liverpool
Enzo Barrenechea – Aston Villa
Kaio Jorge – Cruzeiro
Tommaso Barbieri – Cremonese
Wojciech Szczesny – Released then retired
Alex Sandro – Flamengo
Marley Ake – Yverdon Sport
Net Transfer: -31.1 mil
Thoughts- The Motta era has begun. A lot of outgoing transfers made that seem like they are trying to cut out some fat. I just can't tell if loans in Italy mean that they are sending them out for experience or trying to find a buyer in the future
AC Milan
In-
Youssouf Fofana – Monaco
Strahinja Pavlovic – Red Bull Salzburg
Emerson Royal – Tottenham
Alvaro Morata – Atletico Madrid
Alex Jimenez – Real Madrid
Tammy Abraham – Roma (loan)
Out-
Charles De Ketelaere – Atalanta
Rade Krunic – Fenerbahce
Jan-Carlo Simic – Anderlecht
Alexis Saelemaekers – Roma (loan)
Yacine Adli – Fiorentina (loan)
Pierre Kalulu – Juventus (loan)
Simon Kjaer – Released
Olivier Giroud – LAFC
Net Transfer: -38.3 mil
Thoughts- I think AC Milan is going to take a lot of steps back this year. Rafael Leao is still their key player but Giroud's loss is going to be hard to fill. Morata, Abraham, and Origi are going to be all tried and I don't think it will work out
Napoli
In-
Alessandro Buongiorno – Torino
Romelu Lukaku – Chelsea
Scott McTominay – Manchester United
David Neres – Benfica
Billy Gilmour – Brighton
Rafa Marin – Real Madrid
Leonardo Spinazzola – Roma
Out-
Leo Ostigard – Rennes
Jens Cajuste – Ipswich
Jesper Lindstrom – Everton (loan)
Deigo Demme – Hertha Berlin
Piotr Zielinski – Inter Milan
Net Transfer: -128.5
Thoughts- Antonio Conte got his way again by spending big. And he picked up Lukaku so its almost a complete Conte squad now lol. Going to be fun watching this team finish 7th with a lot of outbursts along the way from the manager who wants a blank checkbook and an owner who doesn't want to spend
Atletico Madrid
In-
Julian Alvarez – Manchester City
Conor Gallagher – Chelsea
Alexander Sorloth – Villarreal
Robin Le Normand – Real Sociedad
Juan Musso – Atalanta (loan)
Clement Lenglet – Barcelona (loan)
Out-
Joao Feliz – Chelsea
Samu Omorodion – FC Porto
Alvaro Morata – AC Milan
Caglar Soyuncu – Fenerbahce
Santiago Mourino – Alaves
Arthur Vermeeren – Red Bull Leipzig (loan)
Stefan Savic – Trabzonspor
Saul Niguez – Sevilla (loan)
Memphis Depay – Released
Net Transfer: -81.1 mil
Thoughts- Atletico Madrid finishing 4th last year certainly lit a fire under the assess of Simeone and the board at Atletico. They got rid of some dead weight and then went out to buy whatever Simeone wanted. Curious to see if it is enough to finish 3rd
FC Barcelona
In-
Dani Olmo – Red Bull Leipzig
Mamadou Fall – LAFC
Pau Victor – Girona
Out-
Mikayil Faye – Rennes
Julian Araujo – Bournemouth
Marc Guiu – Chelsea
Chadi Riad – Real Betis
Marcos Alonso – Celta Vigo (loan)
Alex Valle – Celtic (loan)
Vitor Roque – Real Betis (loan)
Clement Lenglet – Atletico Madrid (loan)
Sergi Roberto – Como
Ilkay Gundogan – Manchester City
Oriol Romeu – Girona (loan)
Sergino Dest – PSV Eindhoven
Estanis Pedrola – Sampdoria
Net Transfer: -31.7 Mil
Thoughts- FC Barcelona are completely fucked financially. They are in such a bad situation that they cannot get decent market prices for most of their players. They spent 56.6 mil on players this year, sold 5 players, put 5 players out on loan, and let 5 players leave for free but are still in financial trouble. This club needs a third party to run their finances
Real Madrid
In-
Endrick – Palmeiras (officially)
Joselu – Espanyol
Kylian Mbappe – PSG
Out-
Rafa Marin – Napoli
Nico Paz – Como
Alex Jimenez – Milan
Juanmi Latasa – Real Valladolid
Joselu – Al-Gharafa
Peter Federico – Getafe
Nacho Fernandez – Al-Qadsiah
Marvin Park – Las Palmas
Toni Kroos – Retired
Net Transfer: -17.2 mil
Thoughts- The new future is almost here for Madrid. I think they need to have Endrick develop into a center forward and replace both Kroos and Modric with solid and consistent talent in the near future to be a threat and then address the center back position and goalkeeper to be that team that just wins the Champions League constantly again
Bayern Munich
In-
Michael Olise – Crystal Palace
Joao Palhinha – Fulham
Hikori Ito – Stuttgart
Bryan Zaragoza – Granada
Eric Dier – Tottenham
Nestory Irakunda – Adelaide United
Armindo Sieb – Greuther Furth
Gibson Nana Adu – Unterhaching
Maurice Krattenmacher – Unterhaching
Out-
Matthijs de Ligt – Manchester United
Noussair Mazraoui – Manchester United
Malik Tillman – PSV Eindhoven
Bryan Zaragoza – Osasuna (loan)
Yusuf Kabadayi – Augsburg
Maurice Krattenmacher – SSV Ulm (loan)
Frans Kratzig – Stuttgart
Lee Hyun-ju – Hannover 96 (loan)
David Herold – Karlsruhe
Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting – Released
Net Transfer: -69.3 mil
Thoughts- A full squad rotation for Kompany in the hopes he lasts longer than 8 months at the club. No idea if this will avert disaster but they are certainly willing to spend money in order to not finish 3rd again
Paris Saint-Germain
In-
Joao Neves – Benfica
Desire Doue – Rennes
Willian Pacho – Eintracht Frankfurt
Matvey Safonov – Krasnodar
Out-
Manuel Ugarte – Manchester United
Hugo Ekitike – Eintracht Frankfurt
Carlos Soler – West Ham
Juan Bernat – Villarreal (loan)
Nordi Mukiele – Bayer Leverkusen (loan)
Renato Sanches – Benfica (loan)
Xavi Simons – Red Bull Leipzig (loan)
Noha Lemina – Annecy
Kylian Mbappe – Real Madrid
Ethan Mbappe – Lille
Edouard Michut – Adana Demirspor
Net Transfer: -87.8 mil
Thoughts- Luis Enrique has fully implemented the squad he wanted and PSG have gotten rid of their superstar team that couldn't win anything but the farmer's league trophy. Going to be interesting to see how they develop in the coming years with the French league falling apart.
Thank you for bearing with me on these transfers. Didn't get all the teams I wanted, nor the detail but the Summer dealings were a lot bigger than anticipated. Let me know if there are other clubs you want me to add to the list going forward to throw on here. Not sure if I can add a ton but one or two can probably be squeezed in here
