Cartoons are indeed serious business, but hey, what do you expect from someone who hates Big Brother obsessively.

Another "host" that comes to mind but whom I'm not sure if there is enough material for is Meldar Prime from (a single episode of) Jimmy Neutron. He has always stood out to me among all villains of the week in children's cartoons for the fact that he has a kill count in the TRILLIONS: he abducts creatures from random planets and puts them against each other, and the losers' home planets are blown up, and it is mentioned that he has been doing this for EONS. That premise could have been one of the greatest sci-fi-horror sagas ever, and it was an episode of a freaking Nickelodeon cartoon. And I bet you thought the Fire Nation was the most murderous Nick antagonist!
