From my experiences with him i can say he usually tries to defend his name to some degree but its usually through telegram messages to individual people. A lot of it just isn't shared since he uses the same arguments over and over again and no one cares enough. Im guessing since someone publicly made fun of him this time he probably felt it was a good idea to do the same.
