This... happened already. We're coming back around full circle...

Way back in the 80s, when double dragon was in arcades, some dumb fucks noticed some of the enemies were women! Obviously this meant double dragon was encouraging the youths to beat up women. So when they ported it to consoles, they took out the women and replaced them with some generic male punks.

These idiots are fighting against the inclusion they claim to want, asking for special treatment that they complain is sexist, in a medium they say is dominated by evil nazi white men. Nothing about any of this makes any sense except from the perspective of "I need attention paid to me every moment of every day for all eternity REEEEEEEE!!!"

oh they want women in the games, as the invicible protagonist that beats up all the males with the press of a single button.
then the game ends with a 40 minute cutscene with sarkesian and quinn telling the player how they saved all the wamminz and killed the evil white neckbeard men, and put all the japanese in concentration camps, and now everything is good.. and don't forget to donate to our new project.

Can't argue with that it was a little over the top but that attempted alligator feeding was funny as hell. I don't think Shirrako's account should have been suspended over it though that was just weak on YouTube's part.

Capcom did the same when Final Fight hit consoles and turned Roxy and Poison into twink ass dudes. Now Poison is trans ( in some regions) so I'm just waiting for someone to REE the next time that character gets a beating.

If the character was deliberately some shrill harpy who antagonized you every time you show up then violent retribution would be way funnier. Like that reporter from Mass Effect (which I'm surprised the usual suspects haven't dredged up yet). But she's just some woman calling for a right to vote. It's obvious he was trying to get exactly the reaction he got.

Suspending his account for that is fucking bonkers though.
