I am saying you are ignoring and dismissing giant companies cozying up to the president. I am comparing this to the 60s when the president's wife, lady bird johnson, was the main stockholder in a giant company that made helicopters that the united states of america purchased for the pointless and retarded war in vietnam. I am saying that we should be able to have normal conversations about potential conflicts of interests and corruption like this, but that the well is poisoned by leftists, and any attempt to criticize the current administration is lumped into the same pool. I am saying that people had no problem criticizing intel for security concerns. I am saying it's perfectly reasonable to criticize amd for security concerns, regardless of who is president.

It's because he made a video about trying to get Mamdani to do something "good". Personally I don't trust the fucker, and I would have figured Louis gave up on NYC after he left there, but it was one video and he never brought it up again. He's been too focused on Colorado and the whole "age verification" bullshit for OS', which IMO is really important.


Trump is not perfect, ESPECIALLY when it comes to technology. Truth Social and the Trump Phone are two examples of this. He is WAY over his head with this whole AI shit and the yes men that are surrounding him aren't helping things eiither, especially when they have huge stakes in it (NVidia and AMD). I don't trust ANY of those companies because of how they act and what they say and it's only been getting worse with each passing month.

But you don't get it, it takes WEEKS to go to a website with pc parts, buy a cpu, wait a few days (or go to a store like microcenter and get it day one), and then test bench it for a day or two, with maybe an extra day or two of editing. WEEKS I TELL YOU!

If you didn't click on the video, Steve from Hardware Unboxed did get one to review. He has no idea why. A lot of the "big tech reviewers" didn't get one. Entire thing is odd.

But who would have imagined that adding two X3D CCDs that are worth $450 each when put on a single CPU would make overpriced junk at $900 without adding much benefit because most applications can't use 16 cores and most that do aren't optimized for high cache or switched to GPU processing!
