Why does this guy call himself Sv3rige? I figured he was Swedish at first because he looks kinda Swedish and Sverige means Sweden in Swedish.
Definitely agree. I try (with varying success) to stick to a carnivore diet and from everything I've learned organ meats are an essential part of it. In fact, meat consumption might be unsustainable, but what is definitely contributing to that is the fact that people are only willing to eat ribeye, sirloin and all those fancy, expensive parts of the animal. That's not a natural way of eating and it's certainly not healthy. When I lived in Thailand I used to eat stuff like pigs ears and tongues, chicken gizzards, blood and all kinds of ingredients which you rarely see in western cooking. It turns out that those ingredients aren't just cheap and healthy, but also delicious if they're prepared right. Western peoples are so incredibly coddled, thinking if an ingredient needs to be chewed for a bit it's not fit for consumption.
I like some of this guy's videos. I think he is well informed on nutrition and what humans naturally ate. Not 100% on the raw aspect but eat some raw myself. When it comes to fruits and vegetables, he still recommends juicing raw vegetables and eating some fruit, preferably locally grown and in season. I've spoken to my grandparents a bit about what people used to eat and a lot of people consumed real butter, milk, eggs, red meat, liver and onions. This is no doubt better than the processed seed oil junk that people consume today. My grandma even had a story of her dad eating raw liver in the army when he was low on iron.
You are retarded. Organ meats are the most nutritious part of an animal and our ancestors ate nose to tail. Those organs would only be shitty if sourced from factory farms. If you source out a healthy animal and eat it's organs, you will be well nourished. That's what dogs naturally eat too. You're supposed to feed your animals raw meat. Many today feed their animals grains and slop because they are uneducated. Do yourself a favor and look up the nutrients in liver or kidney. Also look up how many nutrients are in sardines or other whole fish.
