Anyone who has questions about their diet should take a hard look at their ethnicity and family genetics. White people for example have much lower rates of adult lactose intolerance due to 10,000 years of raising dairy cows. People literally lived and died based off of whether or not they could eat the food available to them, so it makes sense that you might want to eat food that your ancestors evolved around.
