Yeah, IRL arguing from the perspective of a normie trying to figure things out is effective. This applies to all political conversation, not just tranny talk, as it puts the expectancy of knowlege onto the other person and prevents both parties arguing across each other.

"I don't know much about this trans stuff, my friend was threatened for saying she would feel unsafe with males in her bathroom though. She's a really lovely person and it was horrible seeing her go through that. "

"I saw a video where a women was assaulted by a trans crowd, and the comments from trans rights activists were very aggressive... ...'Posey Parker'? Oh I'm not sure, I've never heard of her, it was a hard watch though wasn't it?"

"I haven't read into the science of it, but on the surface preventing a child's puberty seems very sketchy, how much research has actually gone into this?"

"Sorry I haven't read about that, where did you see it?.. ...Hasan Piker? I'll have to look into him. Thanks...

...so I watched a Hasan stream, what was all of that stuff about the jews?"
This is how I do it. I like to point out the contradictory stuff. “Well, surely going through the wrong puberty can’t be that bad, can it? I mean, hormones reverse all that, don’t they?” I like to present it as, “Of course I agree, but can you just explain this bit that I, ignoramus that I am, do not get?”

Evening Kiwis! @Real Centaur I would like to add the following books:
  1. Time to Think by Hannah Barnes - A postmortem on the internal collaps of the British Gender Clinic Service within the Tavistock, also covers the troubling influence activist groups had, like Gendered Intelligence and the infamous Mermaids, previously run by Susie Green.
  2. Trouble With Gender: Sex Facts, Gender Fiction by Alex Byrne - A critical appraisal of the topic by a professor of Philosophy at MIT, who was one of the co-authors of the HHS Report that came out this year. There are also multiple interviews of him on the topic of Youtube, quite interesting.
