General Assembly for November 9th

The "stock up for winter" instinct kicked in and I overfilled the fridge, now I'll have to plan meals carefully so nothing goes bad. Got a bunch of peppers nearing the limit and it's snowing, no better time for chili. :)

I dunno... I think maybe that disclosing the fact that you're a Farmer might be one of those things to talk about before marriage, like whether or not you want kids.

Just got back from walking the dog in the pissing rain. Glad to have gotten it out of the way and can enjoy the rest of my Sunday.
 
Doing good I suppose. I feel optimistic not only for myself but for the future of the site as well. I'm gonna get that money.
 
Trying to motivate myself to get dressed and hit the junkyard, in 40 degree rain.

My body is killing me, back hurts so bad it hurts to sit down and stand up, but I promised the old woman who works at the convenience store I would buy and put on a new intake pipe on her Toyota. Her current pipe and a vacuum hose broke off right at the throttle body and her engine is sucking unfiltered air.

So spending at least 2 hours and about $30 for no benefit of my own.

My birthday is coming up so I'm going to buy myself some delicious Birthday Scotch and have lunch with my Grandma later in the week. Then I'll work on the painting I'm going to give to her for Christmas.

A week or so ago my workplace updated their network blocklist, thus for the first time flagging the kiwifarms.st domain as "questionable". This means I can no longer use the workplace PC to browse the Farms, which makes me very MATI.

It's been a good weekend so far. I'll be cooking chicken thighs marinated in a nice sweet and spicy sauce for dinner
