I stubbed my toe on the door stop brick that I painted to look like an alligator. The situation could not be more dire.

Hi Null, have you managed to wine and dine any politicians or activists on behalf of USIPS to get into their good graces? Does USIPS plan to officially take a stance on any candidates with election day fast approaching in America?

I was thinking yesterday I should prepare something. My diet is making it really hard to do any cooking. I mostly eat 100~200 cal snacks every other hour. I was thinking if maybe I should buy a small gourmet turkey online, cook the entire thing, eat just a leg, and break down the rest for sandwiches or something.

Skip turkey and get something smaller - maybe pheasant, or a Cornish hen. Still festive, and a treat, but it won't leave you eating turkey for a month. Even a nice roast chicken would be a good alternative option. Small turkeys are still huge, and not really worth the trouble if it isn't for a big group dinner.

The easiest way I’ve found with stainless steel is using low heat and butter. Just swirl the butter around to coat the pan from every angle. then add the eggs, they never stick.
I've found the opposite- I think the people most people have with stainless steel is not getting the pan hot enough to start.

I'm alright. Gonna fly on a plane for the first time soon. What do you like in your burgers?
Watch lots of those plane crash TV episodes. Really makes the RyanAir™️ experience more exciting 7013821-927729ae5a2018a6a47f642797271555.webp

Null's banner post:
If I knew how to weld I'd take a blowtorch and cut my laptop in fucking half.
TBF, I don't think you need to know how to weld to do that. A man with a fire-spitting weapon is basically all instinct at that point. Just point and go vroom. Kinda jealous TBH. I wanna do it.

If you use oil, yes, but butter is not just fat. Just try an egg on low heat with butter. Let the pan heat up a bit and put the butter in, swirl it around until its melts and throw in the egg. You can then use a lid or flip/baste depending on preference.

That stuff works? I saw it on the shelf and assumed it was too good to be true.
It might over promise but it’s the best I’ve ever used.

I even use it with enzymatic odor control stuff (designed for septic tanks but I use it for robotic washing mop dirty tanks that end up smelling awful without something enzymatic).

IMO it’s best to use it prophylactically/preventatively. But it’s much nicer than snaking stuff. Especially small tubes like split system / heat pump air conditioner condensate drain lines.

Definitely better than Drain O for preventative I think.

I also use it for mold control in a spray bottle. Works okay. My goal is to not have to spray constantly like you do with like bleach or similar.

(Notably it “starves” the other microbes by outcompeting for food I guess, so to get tile mold to disappear takes a few sprays or scrubbing)

Look up videos on hot pan cold oil. Yes learning to use stainless is the best.

took some pics, wandered off from a lame BBQ 🍖
