I swiped into my office at exactly 737 am and swiped out at exactly 337 pm, bc my corporate overlords value metrics over output or quality, and I don't want to give any pretense for getting fired "displaced."

More importantly, Manchego is an outstanding choice. Sheep's milk cheese is the best. My favorites are P'tit Basque or Ossau-Iraty area sheep's milk cheeses.

Had a pretty rough week tbh. I caught some office bug so not really sleeping great. Work has been fine, and I am doing well, but I am getting a bit ants in the pants and might be looking for a change, including leaving the state. Probably because:

I looked at houses Sunday, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience knowing I'm paying double what I should be paying due to visas and corruption. If I have to pay out the ass maybe there is a better state to look in.

I am becoming significantly more racist every week even though I'm trying to rein it in. I blame Twitter for accurately informing me about blacks, Muslims, and jeets. Might ostrich myself to make myself feel better.

Started building TUIs in Go in my spare time, one of which I think may be pretty useful to some devs. I saw a new TUI framework written in TS that genuinely looks interesting that I might start messing with.

I have decided to learn how to play Open Roller Coaster Tycoon 2. I just love the way these old isometric building games look.

I love my girl and I feel tremendously guilty when I'm moody.

I hope you're doing well Josh, thanks for asking.

Look at this cool cat gif:

Can I be real? I hate to do anything close to poweleveling but man shit is rough. School is killing me and I’ve become a substance abusing degenerate. I can’t believe I ever believed I’d be a doctor someday. Promising young woman my ass.
Also fuck the Jews for ruining my country.

eta something positive: My cats are being especially adorable lately and I’m incredibly grateful to have such an amazing mother. All praise to the highest.

You should get a puppy. Or a kitty. Just a thought! If you do, please post it so we can call it cute.

I dunno how rough medical school is or whatever your doing. Im in university for Geography. Id say try expirementing with how you study or do classes or whatever to find something that works for you. If you need to like.... make up excuses to get in-class accomadations with your professors or you can just take classes online. Theres options and stuff.

You can steam the pumpkin slices if you prefer (and if you have a big enough pot). This gives you a more even color. With steaming it helps to peel first.

If you make too much to use at once, put the mashed pumpkin in zip-top bags and freeze them. Freeze them FLAT and then you can stack them on their side once they're solid.

Also you can use butternut squash instead of pumpkin in anything. It's got a better meat:junk ratio, and it's easier to grow. You can stack it in the garage until you're ready to process a batch of it. Make the children help. Mashing is cool, but a hand grinder is better if you're cooking a garden's worth of hard-rind squash. Children are great at turning the crank for a hand grinder.

Plus the name "hand grinder" is literally what happens if you put your hand in there, which kids appreciate and will help them remember not to put their hands in there.

If you have no child labor to exploit you can get a Kitchenaid attachment instead.
I used an electric grinder similar to this for the first time this week actually, and couldn't figure out what the tubes were for. So I didn't use them. It still worked, and now I have minced venison in the freezer. Pretty good week overall.
