I think you need to reread the initial post you deleted the pics from, those pics were generated by Sachi herself and posted on her patreon, you may have missed the context while focusing on the pics.

Knowing how weirdly dorky Ame can be and then seeing this is just too much whiplash when I imagine her in her room dealing with that 3D setup she used to use and trying to do sexy poses in it lol. It works out for the model, and I actually think the first two look nice, but that IRL image in my head is just too powerful.

As for the proportions, they are weird on that model because of the game she used to make it, I'm not sure which Illusion or another company game was used but its a common thing with some of them, having the more exaggerated head and smaller bodies.
But I think this argument is irrelevant because the pics were generated by the person themselves and the whole point of the post was to document them.
