we know in all of these cases that each of them have had it in the works for a while, But oddly differing lengths of time for example Bae implied Mumei's departure has been close to a year in the making. While According to Mori/Kiara they've only known about Gura for a matter of months even if her struggles have been "a long time coming".

While Kiara explained that the "close together" part seems to be company organizing to get the departing talents through their off-boarding process, through commitments that they might need to fulfill, and past events like Holofes if they are still participating in them. I make the connection not because I think you are a unicorn, but just in that I think Unicorns are delusional (expecting adult women to be untouched virgins with zero contact with men) in their own way similar to how one would need to be to think "these are the traditional women I've been looking for" from other vtubers. But especially with places like holo, that shit for the most part doesn't matter, one of the benefits of JP corpo autism is it practically insists that the talents keep any sort of personal politics out of their content. You can watch the streams just as streams with politics not even needing to come into the picture, THAT I think does actually constitute a big part of what draws in folks from places like this thread. An entertainment medium where politics just get left at the door and you can just watch the entertainment for the sake of entertainment.
