I wonder how much of an influence Gura's impending graduation had on the others who graduated.
It's nice to hear Mori say that she plans on staying with Hololive to the end. Like other people here have said, she's found massive success with Hololive, and it's not like there's ever been any sign that she wasn't happy working with them.
Still, right now, it's nice to hear her say it.
I'm pretty sure Mori said at least once she did almost graduate. I forget when she said it/was considering it though. Someone would have to check me on that if they can remember. So it's not like people having the consideration is unheard of. Keep in mind we've also had stories like Raden who almost quit before Re:Gloss even hit 3D. Ina is still a maybe and truth be told I didn't think she would stick to it after dealing with that visa shitshow as it is. Not counting for OLD stories like Miko and Suisei.
But nobody ever cares about any of that stuff because you can't drama over it. Most people who watch Holo have already known for years at least SOME of management was a dumpster. Omega was even a thing for example.
Yet you can have Kiara talk about how much they suck in various ways for years and get entirely ignored beause
One should always ignore orange woman, BAD she says it isn't actually THAT bad but that everyone has their own issues. Even shortly after Mumei's announcement she stated how disappointed she was in management blowing off her requests for more HoloTori things. (Might have been something someone noted her saying from a Members, I can't recall)
Anyone who actually watches these people KNOW there's issues on and off with management. Some have been swapped, some have gone mia with no elaboration. But people also like to ignore situations like Shiori's manager who basically seems to be her BFF who does a bunch of shit for her. She had a moment on one of Bijou's MonHun streams where she was trying to setup the Bloodtyping collab but that her manager was "making her" take a day off before Bijou pointed out she was streaming. Different people deal with different management shit. Granted I guess the current narrative would be that she probably did that on purpose or something.
"x with management" literally means anything and nothing. And nobody outside the talents and company has the slightest clue what, which is why I still don't see a point in dooming on it. Yes, you can infer that there's something they disagreed about that made them choose to leave. It could be all kinds of shit from either side of the issue.
Money, freedom, perms, content, sponsors, merch, travel. Most of which could be argued about from the talent or the company. You can like someone all you want or they can be the absolute full on face of product, but that doesn't mean a company is going to bend over backwards to please them. Especially not a Japanese one with their autism. You don't have to agree it's a smart move from the company either. Businesses do stupid shit all the time.
Saying "That's not a good reason to assume it's all on fire" isn't the same as claiming everything is perfect. It's just a matter of nobody actually knows and without info to back up your sperging that's all it is. X number of people and one phrase isn't informational, it's an odd number of people that makes you go "That's weird, maybe you should consider fixing some stuff" and overthink a phrase that gives you no info. Which is also the same case otherwise. I don't know if anything is being done to make things better because other than the Tea party stuff, we have literally nothing to go on there either.
