Man I'm just here for the entertainment. As much as I'd like to see nyancat get btfo'd, if it turns out Nux is a lying sack of shit it wouldn't hurt my feelings. Though I gotta admit, seeing the mob gang up on him really irritates me.

I dont speak for the farms but i think barely anyone here mention Vshoujo except to crack jokes about Zentreya or Veibae, they are just not that important for the thread and this drama spurts were expected

Nah we will just having actual proof that this all happened, so if (or when) all these tweets and shit throwing gets magically deleted, there will be still be a record for everyone to witness back to should they want. Not hard to just record and document now, all that needs to be done.

Vshojo is actually not "looking for N°1" in this situation. They didn't really have to get involved at all after they released the statement regarding the phishing emails. Random people deciding to send phishing emails is not their responsibility. Anyone could literally start doing it to any org right now and it would not be a "bad look". if anything, NOW its a bad look because they were dumb enough to get involved and are now getting burnt.

I guess this shows even more how much of a joke of an org they are that they would fuck this up.

Also, wtf this "Vshojo cybersecurity" shit is? Nothing about this has to do with their shit being compromised. Is it literally a team of neckbeards playing internet batman on discord? lmao

Here's the thing. They can't get involved beyond forwarding reports to law enforcement. They don't have access to any relevant information, and they do not have the power to force others to provide the necessary information.

Tying the doxxers to the actual crime committed requires tracing back the VOIP call to the individuals who did it, not just looking at discord posts admitting you swatted someone. Publicly releasing the video or publicly warning people would not affect any actual criminal investigation. The evidence lies with the police stations that were called, the VOIP services that were used, and every other Internet Service Provider in the chain.

They shouldn't even be receptioning any reports. They don't represent the people that got swatted, so they could even be harming them by making them think that "its being handled" when they should be the ones going to the police or organizing themselves to try to get a response from the police.

Vshojo is literally not involved at all and I'm not sure what kind of work they could even do with the police regarding this.

I couldn't care less about VSHOJO or Nux (beyond archiving them being exceptional) but when suddenly most of the VS girls parrot the same line on Twitter about "fearing for their safety", when it was never about them in the first place, I can't help but think that the person they are mobbing might be in the right - regardless of the obvious clout chasing.
