I have to wonder, if Hololive announced HoloEN gen 3 auditions and someone was impersonating HololiveEN management to phish indies, do you think they'd stay silent or make a public warning? Same for Nijisanji and Phase Connect.

they probably have procedures for that in place, like an automatic reply how and when someone will be contacted. also any official announcement etc will point people towards an official address (so hard to fake without anyone pointing it out), they most likely won't contact potential candidates on their own (and even if they do have procedures for that as well, like "give us a call under this official number you can verify or this mail address from this official domain - that's where shutting down clones comes from so any phishing would be more obvious).

Coco/Kson is way more interesting when she's speaking Japanese. For some reason when she speaks english her IQ goes down by 20 points. It's hard to think of another holomem that's as different in translated clips than on stream. Her single player game streams are pretty much non-stop banter with chat and jokes. Marine is in a similar situation where EOPs really don't know what they're missing out on but people like ShabbySubs are doing good work clipping parts that aren't just IM HORNY.

I don't want to enter the 'why Coco graduated' timeloop but the gist of it is that Nux was basically correct and Hololive management was unreasonably hard on her by unofficially banning her from collabs and all official appearances (not even being invited to the new years event), not letting her have mods to deal with the chinkspam and abuse and even ghosting her requests (which is inexusable for any agency). It has nothing to do with her content being "yabai" or creative differences. Kson left because there is no point in staying in Hololive as a solo streamer and being treated as an inconvinent thing to be hidden. Most tatsunoko who are paying attention are aware of this but don't bring it up because it is against Kson's wishes to disparage Hololive. The narrative you mention about creative differences exists because it's the one that's the most beneficial to Kson and her friends, not because it's the truth.
