I kind of enjoy the duality of this stuff. You can really see the different emotions people can have over what is objectively the same amount of success, but under differing circumstances. She's kind of the same as Gura was. How could you really feel enough to outright cry about a month of continuously explosive growth? It must feel good to an extent, but there has to be doubts on whether it's actually you doing it or not. I bet Salome feels the same way. I guarantee it will be different after some more time has passed though. Again using Gura as an example, it always seemed like Gura was in a state of disbelief about her success. She was a lot more meek about it until her first birthday stream. Up until then, she almost seemed reluctant to ever want to celebrate what she had accomplished, but the birthday stream was a real turning point. That seems to be when it fully hit her. She was just extremely grateful and humble, and saw just how much everyone really cared. I'm sure if Salome keeps it up she'll have her own breakthrough moment when she realizes that those people are here to stay because of her and not anything else. At least I hope they're here to stay, because it would make this statement really awkward if they didn't.

If you really just feel like having some real sadboi hours in the middle of the day, you can watch this video and Mio's stuff from today. After seeing Mio, and then going back to find this for my post, I'm not fit for my duties anymore. I should just go home lmao.

Really fascinating song. My initial, gut reaction was that the singing and composition were gorgeous, but there was something missing with the song.

However, as I sit on it and listened to it a few more times, I think that it's a perfectly 'Enna' song. She has this bizarre, abstract style to her lyricism: while one could argue that Calli's poetic language offers only one interpretation, one could also argue that Enna's is so personal that only she could really understand what she's saying.

My interpretation is that she is singing about self-acceptance and the desire to return to normalcy. Enna definitely does suffer from some species of depression, but the lyrics are as hopeful as they are melancholy. She acknowledges that the world isn't what she expected, but despite feeling the universe isn't meant for her, she realises that it also isn't out to get her, and that she has the time to fix herself and face her fears. The 'birds of time', much like in the poem A Bird of Time , represents nature: she has gotten herself straight and is ready to face the crappy world as it is.

While I certainly wish a part of the song had a bit more oomph to it, I think it's very pretty. It's difficult not to view as a little message or note from her that she's in a better place.

(My interpretations may change drastically as I listen to it more but they're my preliminary feelings on the lyrics).

I agree, it feels like it could either do with a bit more punch or complexity. Granted I'm not too familiar with Enna's style of original songs from her PL, I've mostly just listened to her covers.

Granted her clips can be obnoxious sometimes with all them fart sfx and whatnot. But I do enjoy her content. Haven't even watched a single stream and I'm hooked. She's fucking great at pulling off physical comedy. Er... physical comedy in virtual space. She is quite athletic indeed. Any other Vtuber you know who does this kind of physcial-in-a-virtual-space kind of comedy?

I think I talked about her too a while back. She does seem more zoomer centric with her content, but I really love her energy and goofballness. She does some lewd stuff, but it feels more so as a device for humor than direct coomerbait content you see elsewhere. I also feel like I know her from elsewhere before she did this character. Just can't recall at the moment. Might edit in future if I do.
I don't know if it was discussed here or not, but the Lisa x Pippa stream today has been postponed due to scheduled constraints.

Forget the timing, but I think she got really busy or sick or something. She hasn't been able to stream as much in general, unfortunately.

Thats the unfortunate reality of Twitch enviroment, they dont give a shit about you unless you have at least 1K avg viewers or you are part of a known big streamer group. Thats why Shylily suddenly got many collabs when she inclined, its not coincidence, they just want free clout.
