I mean if I ever ended up becoming a vtuber I'd try my hardest to get a masked character. As long as you aren't monotone the loss of facial expressions means little. Also yeah, that outfit looks cool as hell.
I don't watch a whole lot of Nijisanji but I'd give a vtuber who always has a mask on a chance.

I think Yorumi Rena has already claimed this design as a joke part of her lore (she says she is the person under the armour) so I think the chances of Wolfgang specifically coming back is nonexistent.

Similarly, no one can have the Eudrick design anymore because he became such a meme in the JP community that no auditioner could live up to the expectations.
