a lot of it comes down to a: when she streams and b: what she streams. She's been doing a lot of longer running JPRGs later which tend to not do as well with ENs, but she playes them anyway just because she likes them (this has been going on ever since Live A Live and carries on now with Persona, as well as stuff like the RE4 remake which came with the requirement of age restricting all of the streams for permissions reasons (which completely kills discoverability as well as just filtering out some of the viewership by default)
Then factor in her not going out of her way to keep her stream times in more reasonable NA viewing hours which is where a lot of her viewership is from, streaming instead during early evening/afternoon JP times which is just the dead middle of the night for NA and overlapping with the heavy hitter JPs like Pekora or Subaru.
When she plays more normal games and at more reasonable times her viewership doubles or more but she by and large just hasn't been fussing about that and has gone completely to "streaming what I want to play and playing when I want to play it, numbers be damned"

NijiEN has it's own set of disastrous problems to deal with than growth speed. It can afford to grow like NijiJP has/does, but they need to really focus on better talent.
I'm seeing many blame Hana and Siska.

Not exactly. While yes, they didn't promote them properly, they were actually doing just fine on their own and ONLY after they got merged that everything starting to collapse on itself. They managed to set the scene earlier (they already have 2 or 3 gen before Hololive got their first), but they sat on it without trying to expand or promote it more. Arguably it was when Hololive ID starts getting more popular that they went on to capitalize the ID more, and when they realized that EN went more than expected, they thought that merging ID is the best, inadvertently killing it by their piss-poor attempt to focus on the ID post merge.
Hana is the biggest one on ID (or at least the most notable, being the very first) and folks might be hoping that she could help or at least persuade the graduating talent to remain or something like that. But Hana herself hasn't really been around due to her breaks (or on her not-Hana account), so they might perceive it as her inaction leading to the ID (and half of her wave, Taka/Zea) to start leaving.
Siska? I have no clue. First time I hear people no likey the office security lady.

Said, people feel Hana had the ability to push ID to the spotlight but due to her self-sabotaging, they feel she kinda brought the whole branch down. It's not completely fair to her but she did have a lot of eyes on her even before NijiEN were a thing, hell even before HoloEN really took off.

That sucks, I didn't watch her often but I liked ZEA. Surprised Xia Ekavira, and realy anyone outside of Mika, is sticking around still. Hard to say it's surprising though, most of them primarily speak Indonesian and stream at Indonesian hours. Doesn't help that Niji also seemingly does nothing to get them attention and the only way anyone knows they exist is when they get mentioned by some of the EN members like Millie.

It basically sealed their fate and doomed them to death, no matter how much the Nijifags try to sugarcoat it by saying "Oh, they're just getting more support now". Well, what's happening now?
Also, remember the rrat about Zea's member stream saying all of NijiID is going to graduate this year? It's spreading now, and they're saying only Mika is going to remain because she's going to get transferred to the EN branch like the leech that she is

having been the person that dropped that rumor here when the member stream first happened, she never said all of ID was graduating just that she was, and then implied that there were several gut punches of bad news.
Basically what we got today. Zero additional ID's could graduate from here on out and what Zea said would still have been fulfilled.

Checked their profile, found a forum thread from that user, I think they were fishing for drama in the first place if they're leading with "I upload jokes TL and Transphobic slur" in their support thread. Also found multiple posts in the site's Discord server from as far back as January 2021 with people complaining about this user uploading "joke translations" to this exact manga, so it looks like there's past drama here that I can't find. Chapter 22 got uploaded by the same user, so he's not banned either, and all his previous chapters are still up.
Are image attachments broken at the moment? Can't get them to work, even for embedding links. EDIT: I checked Technical Grievances, yes, yes they are.
