Every Chinaman with family back in China has their balls in the CCP grip.

iirc, during the time when Pippa and Rekieta were originally talking about doing a collab is when he pissed off the troons and eventually got kicked off of YouTube for a while, so Pippa probably dodged a couple of bullets there

If Chantal can figure out how to use TOR then the yabbit can too but whether she's here or not who knows. I can almost guarantee that she watches MATI as she's always had a love for weird internet shit. I can 100% say that she lurks the refugee camp TVA which is filled with former regulars so I imagine that they probably have the same opinion of Nicks downward slide there.
I think it was after The Gunt's first beatdown in Portugal that talks started about a collab and I believe that Fishman and PC management did not want anymore e-drama than what Ethan was giving them. I'm seeing Pippa pop up in Nick's thread as early as December of 2021.
Roughly 6 months after her debut, before the second beat down, before the eunuch nation attacked, before whatever happened to Nick...holy shit that feels like a life time ago...I saw this on /pcg/ earlier and thought it was just a shitpost or something, but I'm glad I was wrong. Holy fucking shit

When I was looking for Nick's first interaction with Pippa Youtube instead decided to share with me this clip from Camelot's own channel from a month ago.
I don't ever remember seeing this talked about or shared. The click baity title of "Fishman is ANGRY!" is not correct, as far as Camelot explains it in his own clip. The blacklisted part, however, is! Is it because gentle Sakana is insecure around the buff Alabamian? No. It's because, according to him, Pippa never got permission to do the interview because she never even asked about it. I find this both believable and not. I could see Pippa pushing the boundaries in an attempt to show fishman that the world outside of their sphere isn't that bad. I could also see this being complete bullshit because the stream was not a secret nor done within a day of the announcement. Phase had plenty of time to axe it if it was truly verboten. I also never heard anything about Pippa getting bonked for doing something so blatantly against the company's rules. Near the end Nick makes an allusion to bridge burning and I'm really not sure if he's talking about Phase Connect of Camelot doing the burning.
This is such a shame because I really enjoyed the Camelot interview and I still attest that the picture tweet was just playful ribbing that blew up on him because he has no idea about the vtubing industry and/or culture. However the way he's reacted to it has been incredibly teenage girl like. Rackets is just on whole 'nother level of awful.

So, apparently YAGOO answered questions from shareholders yesterday. And the questions these guys were asking were...oof. Stupid shareholders seems to be a truly global problem; even the Japanese aren't immune. They honestly sound like a bunch of boomer shareholders who are completely out of touch with the industry they invested into. One things for sure, nothing good will come from guys like this taking control over the company.
