Well yeah. They're public companies. What were you expecting? Also, when you word it that way, it does feel like they're no different from most corpos in what they're trying to do, Hololive included

Abi even replied on her video that she had to cut out copyright stuff to repost her side. Pippa would have to do the same. It was a fun show, moldy food and all.No, I believe Pippa's vid got hit with copyright. I saw something "Video has been taken down at request of SME" or something like that so it was Sony being fags. Abi seemed to have a lot of fun and even tweeted that it's not always bad to meet your heroes. I thought she had pretty good synergy with the rabbit, might be the pink woman connection.
Uh, whoops.https://kiwifarms.st/threads/we-have-to-talk-about-you-faggots-not-being-able-to-figure-out-thumbnails.113862/
You don't need to be on PC to post thumbnails instead of giant full res images that clog up the thread for anyone on PC (or use 10x more mobile data for any users on mobile)
I'd been thinking he simply doesn't have it anymore and is waiting on a new one, similar to how Suisei lost her original model when she joined Hololive.Randon played some more Disco Elysium. Also, is there a reason he hasn't been using his model since his return?
To her credit she did spend the beginning of her next stream poking fun at itEthan Ralph was able to skillfully playoff shitting himself and keep on streaming. These vtubers lack the streaming dedication to even compete in the sector.
While certainly not the *best* idea to hire a minor in a public-facing entertainment company (yes including jpop idol corps that shit's weird), I think the general reaction is just a little bit overblown. Wasn't Haachama 16 when she joined? So is this where we talk about the group that just brought a minor in and announced it and everything knowing they were a minor?
No idea honestly, just saw it was the current thing people were complaining about on Twitter. But whenever that wasn I bet it wasn't in 2023?Wasn't Haachama 16 when she joined?
There's a thread about it on this thread's splinter forum. So is this where we talk about the group that just brought a minor in and announced it and everything knowing they were a minor?
That shit was weird then and it's still weird now. Pretty sure Hololive knocked that shit off and didn't do it again afterwards. While certainly not the *best* idea to hire a minor in a public-facing entertainment company (yes including jpop idol corps that shit's weird), I think the general reaction is just a little bit overblown. The child doesn't understand opsec, she posted a picture of the scenery outside her house literally the other day.I mean I would rather my 16 year old daughter scam autistic weebs online then flip burgers as long as I make damn sure she understand basic opsec
she should make more and be happier
He did say that he would have a new model down the line. As to why this change happened, dunno.Randon played some more Disco Elysium. Also, is there a reason he hasn't been using his model since his return?
I wouldn't be surprised if his old model is somehow lost to the void. I can actually see it happening:He did say that he would have a new model down the line. As to why this change happened, dunno.

I feel like he'd be pretty open if he lost the files for his character, he doesn't seem the type to not own up his dumb moves. My thought was he's got a non-compete clause that very specifically mentions streaming with a moving avatar of some kind, but using the static orb bypasses the stipulations on that clause. We'll know if he suddenly has a model on an anniversary of the date of him leaving.I wouldn't be surprised if his old model is somehow lost to the void. I can actually see it happening:
>gets into corpo, time to for some upgrades
>gets new pc, doesn't transfer or backup model
>leave after contract negotiations fail
>realizes need old model, old pc is either kaput or data isn't compatible anymore
>has to get a new model, in the meantime a large green circle png should work
Only Haachama and Shion were minors back then (I think). That was 4 years ago and Cover didn't make an announcement about that. If you look at the vtuber scene in 2023, how can any responsible adult think it's a good idea to announced this to all the freaks out there who will try to groom and sexualize her. There are independet vtubers under 18, sure. But they don't release afucking statement on twitter about them being underaged. While certainly not the *best* idea to hire a minor in a public-facing entertainment company (yes including jpop idol corps that shit's weird), I think the general reaction is just a little bit overblown. It's a weird call and I think even comparing it to haachama says a lot more about why it's a bad idea. While certainly not the *best* idea to hire a minor in a public-facing entertainment company (yes including jpop idol corps that shit's weird), I think the general reaction is just a little bit overblown. you know, i found it weird that Selen never really commented on Yugos graduation even when she streamed with her in japan just a month or so before it happened.
did she say anything on twitter?
