Then people found out she was actually Japanese, but applied to NijiEN purely because she didn't want to go through VTA. I also remember a bunch of other smaller shit happening, but I can't remember the actual specifics for the life of me. She's also generally very retarded and whiny on twitter.

Mostly the latter. The last time she could've just stayed silent (Zaion) she came off like kind of a cunt. Similarly here she should've just said nothing. I think this might be Himari Himepen, aka Hatsuki Himari / Nokoriko, a Filipino VTuber who pretended to be Japanese and is a known pedophile who took nudes with and molested her 8 year old brother. She's not really active anymore as a VTuber to my knowledge. Her typing style reminds me of her too.
