The problem is Pippa's own hesitation of a possibility of getting denied a collab based on who she thinks is in a particular friend circle is my best guess Examples.
- Ironmouse was given a pippa clip on her stream and immediately closed it on stream. Few days later this must have pissed Pippa off to say some Brazilian kid sounded like ironmouse.
-Nyanners when she was in Vshojo called her a pickme.
-Hime or Sydsnap is a part of Vshojo and is very close to Mori and of course close to ironmouse and connor.
-someone on Pippa's stream asked about Vshojo merch, she gave her answer, than some days later Geega got a response about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdSK6Sy9A2g&t=2s but the context was Pippa quoting that Kson said 100% cut before. Just warosu /vt/ search keywords pippa and geega to get a breakdown of that scenario.

To be honest I am rather shocked they were allowed to collab with Henya. I am assuming maybe Pippa is afraid that Mori's current friends from Vshojo might get mad at her if she collabed with Pippa. It could be the same thing with any other large independent vtubers that makes her hesistant like Snuffy who got raided by Pippa, they followed each other later on twitter but Snuffy I think seems rather close with ironmouse and nyanners(I dont know why brain is telling me their close friends Kirsche and Meat are exactly the same personality and voice wise). I think her safest bet that wouldnt hurt her for trying is asking to collab with Doki even if she got denied. I mean she collabed with Filian of all people(which I think nyanners or ironmouse don't like her because they never collabed or followed each other on twitter) But Doki is rather talkative so I would recommend a 3rd vtuber in that kind of collab.

The argument was that a collab was unlikely because Hololive would veto it out of hand. That's probably unlikely, and Pippa not collaborating out of personal fear of backlash has nothing to do with the original argument.

As I remember it, Veibae openly and idiotically engaged in mudslinging at Hololive's expense, which is what costed her the collab. Pippa has done nothing to openly disparage Hololive and its talents. And no, that oblique reference to the chicken's days as an Asuka looking humping bag don't count because of how oblique a reference it was, and the fact that it was neither a direct attack, nor speaking about something that affected the character, but something that affected the PL of the pilot behind it.

The post you started replying to I was making 2 different points on the topic, I even broke it apart with quotes to specify what I was replying to. It's fine if you disagree but that you seem unable to recognize that point A "fear of backlash" and point B: "Potential cover intervention" are two different things addressing the central topic is bafflingly autistic.

And that's without even going into the fact that the two points can be brought together by pointing out that fan backlash can even be what would cause cover to intervene.
 
People are speculating and using their uber-autism-tribalfag knowledge to call the shots. I don't really see the point of a Pippa/Mori collab. They're both white trash weebs and they clearly like and respect each other, so what, they definitely super need to collab? Fucking autists man.

Did any chuubas who weren't Moriko Kyoho even get to World or Iceborne's postgame gauntlet of terrible fights, or do they all quit after like four streams?
